First of all great design.
Medium weight. Good quality.Sturdy enough for one person and home needs. Foot plate grip is good. 5 steps one I ordered, and can use up to 4th step because after that holding handle ends and rest is dependent on your balance and skill.

Worst service from Amazon and Seller
I have raised a request 3 times for return pickup since last 20 days and so far no one has come to pickup the product. Product quality is very bad, you won't feel confident standing on the steps. They bend and even the Legs are not uniform on floor, one leg is small...Buy at your risk... purpose of the product is not fulfilled...
