This product came packaged well. There was no damage. The product itself was a lot more lightweight than I was expecting. Thebar under the rack does move and there are metal hangers on the bottom. It was easy to install and as I stated earlier it is pretty light weight so there are no problems hanging it, even if it is not on a stud. I would recommend either screwing it into a stud or using wall mollys.It did not come with any mounting hardware so know that you would need to make a trip to the hardware store to get those items needed.All in all, not a bad shelf.

Don't waste your time and money on this thing that feels like a cheap toy. The chrome is of very bad quality, and the build is terrible. It feels thin, flimsy, and cheap. Amazingly, the model number is etched in two places, both visible once installed. Unbelievable!The screw caps that cover the screws don't even stay put. I'll have to glue them.If you're going to install this over sheetrock, don't even think of using the anchors provided, this thing is never going to stay on the wall.

Easy to assemble! Recommend for a bathroom towel rack!

This item was really easy to install, and secured at multiple points so that it is stable on the wall. It is also light weight so I am not concerned that it will fall off the wall. Similar to what I have seen in hotels with the shelf. I am happy with my purchase, it was the final touch for my guest bathroom remodel.

I had recently purchased another rack and it fell once I placed yes on it! This one actually held up! Loved the sleek design and the easiness to install. Definitely ordering another one for my guest restroom.

The sturdiness of this item is awful. It is so lightweight! Some parts of it are a flimsy PLASTIC.

This bath towels shell rack was very easy to install keeping my towels handy is stoned material the only part that I didn't like was the bar where it has the hooks is not to strong but work perfect for the bath sponge and brushes
