So yummy!
I am a salsa fanatic. I always have at least one jar of a salsa in my pantry. I got the bean and corn salsa, by accident, but it was such a great mistake! I usually gravitate to salsa verde or a medium salsa, so this was a bit different, but I am impressed. It wasn't overly spicy and the beans and corn were a nice additive and would be perfect for something like tacos or nachos. The ingredients are high quality and you can taste that. It is gluten free and it's all natural ingredients without any fillers. Yah, it's a little on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for in quality! It came in a very nicely packaged box and the jar was wrapped securely as well. All in all, very happy with this salsa!

DELICIOUS BUT TOO EXPENSIVE
As far as taste, I found it to be a delicious salsa. Nice texture, low in sodium, nice flavor -- complex and not too tomato-forward. For a medium salsa I would like more heat, however. Unfortunately it's just too expensive to make it more than an occasional splurge. If it was cheaper I'd buy it all the time (I go through A LOT of salsa).

Restaurant quality !
Very delicious! I had a date night at home and used the salsa with the chips, me and my partner finished the whole jar per one setting. Great and bold flavor and is not salty at all. I absolutely love it! If you like a good garlic flavor salsa, this is the one for you.

Natural ingredients
Hot Wachula's has made a name for themselves through their barbeque contests and to me, this southwest black bean and corn salsa is another winner in my book. I was expecting the taste to be slightly weird, having black bean be one of the major ingredients but it was not like that at all. The black bean there but the taste and texture is subtle and mends very well with the tomatoes and the corn. The flavor is slightly sweet and without any heat. I used this as a dip for salted tortilla chips and I loved it! I can see this going well on enchiladas and other Mexican foods as well. The ingredients list is short and simple, without any of the hard-to-read artificial/chemical preservatives found in many big branded jarred salsas. I can see myself reordering this again as well as trying out other products from Hot Wachula's.

Hot Wachula's Southern Peach Salsa - Medium
This review is for: Hot Wachula's Southern Peach Salsa - Medium. The salsa comes in your typical resealable glass jar. I like the salsa - it tastes fresh and "healthy", but it does seem to be on the sweeter side. I also ordered the medium, so I expected it to be a tad spicer, but the sweetness seems to overwhelm the salsa. It's definitely the first thing I noticed about the salsa. Also, I cannot really make out any peach flavor. However, overall, it is a decent salsa and I can definitely eat it with chips or incorporate it into cooking.

Higher quality and you can taste it
To give some perspective, when I enjoy salsa its either from a cheap brand in my local grocery store or a Mexican restaurant. I find that Hot Wachula's is a bit more vinegar-y than the average restaurant, but in a way that I like! It also has a lot more complexity and layers that I normally taste so that was nice. I finished it in a few days and find myself sad that I finished it so quick. I think it is a high quality product and you can taste the difference.

delish
I cannot say no to black bean or corn salsa. Put them together, omg. I loved this. It came in a very nicely packaged box and the jar was wrapped securely as well. I only wish it wasn't so expensive. I didn't even have to put this back in the fridge, it was gone in one sitting.

Quite tasty salsa, but...
This is a pretty good salsa with a generous amount of black beans and corn in it. Beyond that it's got a nice sweet flavor but a very low heat—it says medium but it's definitely not spicy. The problem with it is the bottle is only 16 ounces which really doesn't deliver much value. It's good salsa but not *that* good.
