Disappointing Quality - Received Damaged Product
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this `20 Reasons Why I Need You Wooden Message Box`, and I am highly disappointed. The quality is very poor; I received a damaged product with the right side hinge broken. Additionally, the top only opens to 90 degrees and doesn't open fully to 180 degrees, which limits its functionality. The material used is of inferior quality, not even pasted well and the overall product finishing is not up to the mark. This is definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend it as a gift.
