Taste and texture are pretty good. These include vitamins to help with absorption, making them more effective than iron by itself. However, at the current price point, I wouldn’t purchase again. I can get name brand iron for less.

So they are more than just a drive by seller unloading products. This gives me some confidence in their market staying power and commitment to not selling fake products.They do not appear to send their products for third party verification. Unregulated supplements are notorious for inconsistency in dosing, impure ingredients, and adulterants (including lead) in their products. Without third party testing I have low confidence in the product and do not think I'd order again. A small amount of sugar (not overly sweet, six extra calories) helps cover up the iron taste. There's a minor aftertaste of iron. The label indicates other vitamins and supplements that claim to help bio-absorption.

These are decent tasting with no iron taste as far as I can detect. I prefer to take iron that doesn't include anything other than iron and possibly Vitamin C since it helps iron absorption. I already take Vitamin B12, so I don't need to have it included in another supplement.

There sure are a lot of nutrients packed in these gummies. They taste delicious, and this makes it easy to be motivated to take them two times a day. The grape flavor pleasant and they don't taste artificial.I appreciate that they come in a child safe container because gummy vitamins do look and taste like candy, and it's important to keep them safe from children.

My daughter and I take supplemental iron and I always appreciate it when it comes in gummy format (seems to be more fun to take than a pill or capsule). These iron gummies arrived well-packaged and undamaged, with the safety seal intact. The gummies are soft and chewy, though not so sticky that they will stick to teeth/dental work. They have a pleasantly fruity flavor. I appreciate that the gummies also include vitamin C, which helps with iron absorption. You also get B vitamins and zinc, if you need to be aware of oversupplementing.

These taste great and they work really well! I also love that they're gummies so I don't have to add another pill to my regimen! Vitamin C is known to enhance iron absorption, so that is helpful. I would definitely recommend this supplement!

I've had an iron deficiency since I was a little girl. I try to eat as many leafy greens and foods with iron as I can but I still need a little extra. I've tried multiple iron pills in the past and they always gave me horrible digestive issues. I figured I'd try the gummy form and I'm really happy that I did. I liked the flavor and really appreciate that there are no artificial sweeteners because I can't have them. The recommended dosage is two gummies but I've only been taking one and I haven't had an upset stomach or any other issues. I did take one star off because I couldn't find out where these gummies are made. I didn't see any third party testing certification either. I'll definitely do a little more research about this company because I'm really happy to have found an iron supplement that agrees with me.

This review is for the Sept Yan "Iron Gummies". These pills are shipped with a seal on top of the bottle as well as around the cap, there is no information on where they were manufactured. The bottle I received has an expiry date of 4/2026, so good for about 20 months from when I received them. The gummy texture is fine, and their first impression taste is a very lightly grape flavor, but they have an awful aftertaste with the metallic taste lingering for a while. The first 2 ingredients listed are sugar, so it's understandable that these are 12 calories per serving. As far as being a multivitamin, they are missing a few items that other dedicated multi-vitamins are, but if you're looking for iron, these have 100% of the daily value. The other issue with these is that a serving is 2 gummies, so a bottle will only last a month, whereas you could get a regular pill that would have the same or more vitamins, only have to take a single one, and get a 6 months supply for about the same price. It's a high premium to have a sweeter way to take vitamins.
