3 Caps = 1800mg So Not High Dose Per Cap
This herb is one that isn’t as overhyped as many on the market & it really deserves better. As always it’s up to you to find out why in the detail but for quick summary it’s fair to say that it has few contraindications apart from taking during pregnancy & also few downsides.Despite being around for yonks this is a plant that contains more plant flavonoids than you can shake a stick at but seems to be overlooked for other supplements. It’s so packed with goodies that it’s worth replacing your daily vitamin caps with it. The taste is pretty mingen which is why taking a cap rather than drinking the tea (which is probably the better known & least pleasant way of taking it) is favourite in my house. The one benefit that I can testify to is the anti histamine effect. This is particularly helpful to those who know the pain of histamine intolerance & mcas. As with any herb just because it’s ‘natural’ doesn’t mean it’s for everyone or will have a good effect but it’s worth trying. I always recommend starting low & slow so despite this supplement offering 1800mg, the small print tells you that’s a 3 cap equivalent. I do so wish producers would label their supps fairly & state the single cap values instead of giving a high strength & then telling you that equivalent to taking practically the whole jar. This one is like all the others & the 1800mg is really 600 mg per cap. I suggest if you haven’t taken it before that you start there & see how you go.The caps are easy to swallow vegan shells, green like the herb, smell grassy like the herb, don’t taste of anything going down & don’t repeat on you.Use by date was 3yrs which is plenty. If you can replace some of your other supplements then it’s not a bad price for a month’s supply or even longer if you don’t need all 3 caps per day.

Great product
Arrived quickly and no damaged capsules. The dosage advised is 1 to 3 a day. After experimenting I find the best benefits from 2 in the day and another later in the evening. These have a subtle improvement to overall energy and wellbeing and no noticeable after taste or side effects. Overall a good product to help maintain balanced wellbeing.

good
Each capsule contains 600mg of dried moringa leaf powder. If you don't like the taste of moringa (I hate it) but want nutritional benefits, capsule form is a better choice. Moringa seems good quality. Price is about average I think, not exceptional.

Good supplement
This review conveys my personal experience with this product.A hot new "superfood", Moringa is recommended as a source of nutrients and may be a more natural way to consume them in place of a packaged multivitamin. I'd suggest that it's best to take advice from a qualified nutritionist before diet change, of course.Containing a good selection of natural vitamins and minerals, these capsules are easy to swallow. I have been using them in place of my previous multivitamin product and overall I would say my health has improved somewhat while I have been taking them,Encouragingly, they are manufactured in the UK and are thus subject to UK regulations.I'd buy these again.

Many health benefits
There are many health benefits from taking Moringa, loaded with a variety of vitamins and good for you if it is natural as possible. You suppose to take 3 a day but I take 2 and still feel some benefits. I take them.for.overall health but mainly for energy and brains wellbeing.Easy to take with no taste and makes it portable so can take it on holiday. I like the fact this product is natural and made in the UK.

What is not to like?
When looking for a supplement, in my view it is important that is ticks all the boxes. My boxes are, Vegan, gluten free, non GMO, Dairy free, as well as third part tested. This particular product does indeed tick all those boxes. As with all supplements it is important to do some research on potential side effects and potential benefits before using. If we look at Moringa leaf we find a host of plus points including ...A complete protein source, containing all nine essential amino acids, rich in vitamins A, B, C, and K, as well as minerals like calcium, iron, and potassium.Antioxidant properties: Moringa contains antioxidants like quercetin and chlorogenic acid, which could help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.Anti-inflammatory effects: Certain compounds in Moringa have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help reduce inflammation in the body.Blood sugar regulation: Some studies suggest that Moringa could help regulate blood sugar levels, making it beneficial for individuals with diabetes.Heart health: Moringa could also help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, promoting heart health.Digestive health: Moringa may help improve digestion and alleviate symptoms like constipation. However given the above each person will have their own experience.I have taken these before so can attest to its benefits. As with many supplements it may not be good for continued use as the body may not work so hard to generate certain amino acids naturally if they are continually delivered. For me I usually take for a month and then leave it for a couple of months.3 capsules to take daily is irritating, but if you have no problem swallowing capsules then this is no problem and the value looks great too.If like me you are on the wrong side of 70, it could be worth considering as it could make you feel generally better. Not much to complain about from my perspective, so a definite top rated product.
