This Piegricdiat Spider Costume is going into a dress-up bin I am putting together for my grand kids. My 3-year-old grandson is a bug lover and a Spidey fan, so I know he will love this. The cape is lightweight and made of a soft, silky material. It did arrive with quite a few strings that I had to cut off, but the seams appear to be sewn well. The mask is made of felt with a stretchy head band. My grandson is a little younger than the recommended age, but the shorter length of the cape should work nicely for him, with room to grow. Overall, this is much nicer than those nylon costumes, and it feels like it should hold up to some serious toddler imaginative play.

This cape is really cute and great for toddlers to play superheroes. It fits my toddler pretty well; he's ~40 inches tall and it comes down to a little above his knees. The velcro fastening around his neck is not really adjustable - so the neck area hangs quite wide on him (that's the only thing I wish were different). However, the cape doesn't fall off him so not a major problem. He had a blast running around the house with it on so I expect we'll get good use out of it. Recommend!
