Tasty tea
Very pleasant flavor profile. I purchased with the understanding that it helps to normalize blood pressure. I can't speak to that either way I do like the taste which reminds me of very, very mild lemon mint.

Makes a really nice lemon/mint flavor tea
I had never even heard of Kinkeliba tea before, but the description mentioning it's been used in Africa to stimulate digestive function and appetite immediately grabbed my attention. Knowing absolutely nothing about it, I was so pleasantly surprised by the smell of the leaves as soon as I opened the package! They have this lovely lemony and minty aroma that I wasn't expecting at all. Preparing the tea is really simple – you just crunch the leaves up a bit and add them to hot water. The taste is just like the smell, like a delicious lemongrass and spearmint tea. It has a very nice and subtle flavor. I haven't felt the need to add any sweetener because I think it tastes great on its own, but I can imagine it would also be lovely with a little bit of honey. Knowing that this is a product of Cameroon makes me feel like I'm getting a genuine and authentic tea from its traditional region. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this pure, natural, and delicious tea. I'm so happy to have discovered it!

Tastes amazing!!
I've never heard of Kinkeliba Tea before but I read that it has a lot of health benefits so I was excited to give it a try. It tastes amazing!! It kind of reminds me of a mix of lemon balm with mint. It's a very complex taste that's kind of addicting and soothing. I used the leaves for a second steep and they still had a strong taste which is great. Apparently the tea is full of antioxidants since it contains a lot of polyphenols. Since it's rich in cathechins I'm using some of it for my homebrewed kombucha and I'm already curious what the result is gonna be! Overall, this quickly became one of my favorite teas (and I should probably gatekeep it so that its price doesn't go up). Since you don't need too many leaves per mug and the leaves can be re-used for another steep it's also great value for money. The leaves taste very fresh since they still have a lot of aroma so I think it's a high quality product.
