Love it, easy to drink - feeling sooo much better thank you

The label says “one level scoop” so I assumed a scoop was included, dug around in the jar, nothing. Anyway, it’s standard citric acid, I like to add a little to my water bottles for some flavor. My jar was full on arrival. It did have some clumps of fine powder mixed in with the more table salt looking granules.

This is 3.5oz of plain standard food grade citric acid, the same stuff you can get lbs for around the same price. Citric acid is a very commodity product and this product is no different. The large 16oz container is not even 1/4 full and contains no scoop. If it came in a much smaller container, it would feel less like they are trying to pull one over on you. Instead, will toss this into the 10lbs bag I already have and re-use the container for storage.Recommend looking at other options.

My container was full, with a whole pound of citric acid. It’s very useful stuff for candy-making, canning, and various other things, but I wouldn’t call it a supplement, personally.

The media could not be loaded. The amount of product seems to be very low compared to the size of the container. And it didn’t come with a scoop. Is this normal????

I've used this for a number of dishes in the kitchen and also as a descaling agent for my humidifier (Dyson) and coffee machine. Overall can't argue with the results!

For some reason the container for this citric acid is about 5 times larger than it needs to be and there’s a lot of empty space.I used it to turn heavy whipping cream into mascarpone for a tiramisu. Worked as it was supposed to and the tiramisu tasted great.
