I mix these sticks into about 30 ounces of water and that's perfect. I think they'd be pretty strong with less. Nice way to get in energy for those that don't like coffee or just feel like trying something else. I like that there's vitamins too.

gives a mild energy boost without jitters. flavors are good, but i prefer them in much more than 16oz water - usually i make them in my stanley. price is not great, but better than canned energy drinks.

These nutricost clean energy packs are great tasting and give me the energy I need without the crash. These are not loaded with sugar and they help me drink a full 16 oz. of water at once. The powder dissolves completely if you shake for about 30 seconds or longer. I love how space saving these are compared to energy drink cans. I am overall impressed with the taste and convenience of this product.

I've been looking for an alternative to my regular morning coffee to get that caffeine boost to get me through the workday. I came across this product and gave it a try. First off it comes with 20 serving pouches in assorted flavors. Green apple, grape, strawberry kiwi, and fruit punch. All four flavors taste great. There's zero sugar but they still have a light sweetness to them. You can mix them in a glass of water but on the go I just pour one into a bottled water and shake. They really do give you a great boost of energy without that feeling of a hard crash at the end of the workday. What I really like about them is that they are very convenient. You can throw one or two in your pocket or purse and when you need a little caffeine boost it's much quicker and easier than buying a cup of coffee. Very pleased with this product and I'll definitely be buying more real soon!

With 100 mg of caffeine per stick, this energy complex provides a mild boost of energy. The flavors are great, if a little too sweet, and the fact that this comes in a variety of flavors is nice. These are individually packaged "stickpacks" but they come in a tub. Not sure all that excess packaging is warranted, but the individual stickpacks are definitely convenient for travel or on-the-go.My husband and I both tried this product a few times, and between the two of us we sampled all the flavors. As daily coffee/tea drinkers, I can't say I noticed a significant boost in energy with this product, but it might be enough to combat the afternoon slump. This, in my opinion, does not do enough to substitute for coffee or a preworkout energy supplement, for instance.Unfortunately, I've stopped using this. My third and fourth time trying this I noticed my stomach was not feeling good. Sharp pins. My husband also had a day where his stomach didn't feel right after taking this. It may be a coincidence, but I had to lower my rating due to the probability that our discomfort may have been caused by this product.

"These guys are only 100mg of caffeine? WTF!"That was my first reaction when I saw this. But I still decided to give it a try. NOT DISSAPOINTED!It tastes good.Mixes very easily with bottled water. Didn't try on Tumblers but I don't see why there would be a difference.The 100mg of caffeine was enough to keep me up during a '6 hour death by powerpoint' training I had to go through the last 3 days. When I get home I usually need a nap but that was not the case the last 3 days which was very surprising! There was no crash either at the end of the day. I LOVE IT(and that's saying a lot for a caffeine addict like myself)!

I ordered these "energy stickpacks" as an alternative to paying $8 for an energy drink at a concert or the airport. Now, I just buy a $5 bottle of water and toss one in :)The flavors aren't too sweet or artificial, and the 100mg caffeine mix is just enough to keep the cylinders firing (for context, a 12oz Red Bull has 111mg).Portable, cost-effective and airport-friendly, I'm a big fan of these things.
