FREAKISHLY STRONG
My 7 mon old Lab is what people call hyperactive pup. He chews anything and everything through. This one, he couldn't.So after 2 months of excessively using it, here are some PROS:i. The SPIKES are sturdy, they DO NOT BREAK. Ever.I had doubts that if I left my pooch alone with this toy and if he chewed the spikes and gulped them and leave me with some serious issues. Well, that didn't happen.ii. There's hardly any marks of his teeth. In all fairness, there are some creases where he chewed them. But I tested it first before giving it to him by digging my nail in. Retracts right back. Not even a mark with human body forces. DOESN'T LOOK WORN OUT EVEN AFTER MONTHS. Literally, no marks.iii. Comes with its INTRINSIC FRUITY SMELL. So however long it might be in my pooch's mouth, neither takes his smell, nor imparts any. So, less frequent cleaning needed.iv. AMAZING BOUNCE. Not just as a chew toy, but it qualifies as an amazing ball, too. It kinda has some ABRUPT BOUNCES which makes it much more INTERESTING than a regular tennis ball.Value for money.Must have.Perfect chew toy.No CONS. None.

Great toy, lasted me a long time. Me and dog are both happy!
My fully grown lab mix is not a heavy chewer, though she loves destroying things with different textures. This is the state of the ball after many months of play and chewing. I can attest that the ball is heavy, the material is proper rubber, though I'm not sure how healthy it was for my dog to eat all of the spikes, but it didn't cause any problems, so I suppose it was non toxic for her at least. There was no squeak in the ball I received, but my dog enjoyed playing fetch and chewing on the ball quite a bit. I've since bought another one of these toys and it's come to me in good condition, same kind of heavy, sturdy ball as I train my dog to play fetch properly. In comparison to a long ball which is the absolute standard of sturdiness, I would give this a 5/10 in sturdiness, but for the price, the fact that this ball has lasted more than 6 months is mind blowing! I recommend it to my friends for their pups... Heavy chewers will probably need a new ball every 3 months or so, I estimate

My fur baby pulled out all the spikes in that ball and now it's like horrible looking creature at home. Not a great quality and it is hard ball not like the one which he can squeeze and play

Looks and feels superb but my pets won't play with it
They seem more afraid of the ball than happy to play with it. Not the product fault I suppose

Puppy loves it!
Product: Super Dog Spiked Rubber Dog BallA bit pricey at Rs 179, but my dog loves it - so I am happy! I have a 9 month GSD puppy and he has been playing with it for a few days and there has been no damage to the ball so far. The spikes are soft and seem durable - hopefully they will help in cleaning the teeth. I got a bright red color ball and it looks very attractive, and is of good quality. It did smell of the plastic smell, but my puppy did not seem to mind. The size is that of a tennis ball and would work for dogs of most sizes. It bounces without a sound, so it would be good for apartments.

Amazing!
Lovely gift for my pet. He absolutely fell in love. It is so hard as he can’t chew it off,but soft as he can play with and throw it around. It’s an amazing ball,has an amazing bounce. I was looking for a good ball for him for a long time,he use to eat up all the tennis balls I got him from my local market,until I found this one.My dog wouldn’t even let us take it,and slept with it in his mouth on the first day!

Not recommended for teething puppies and heavy chewers
Got it for a three month old Indie puppy. He has strong teeth so he chewed and bit on the spikes the moment he got hold of the ball. It may be a good chew toy for small breeds who do not chew for longer periods or do not have the habit of going at it for eating it all out. I do not recommend for medium and large breed puppies and dogs or those with strong big teeth to bite into. Also this product maybe suitable for adult dogs who are not prone to heavy chewing, biting and eating the spikes. The spikes after light chew-play are torn and can be a choking hazard or obstruct the digestive system when ingested.
