Excellent product for this price range. I got it for 85/- with free shipping. In local hardware stores it is 100/-.This one is quite durable and quality is excellent. Go for it and you will not regret.only thing that I did not like is the delivery. It took almost 2 weeks to get the order delivered.

The metal tape slips even after locked- that is when really pulled ( not meant for such use). The metal handle type thing to strap to belts etc. came off when my child handles it. When screwing back the screw keeps turning but not getting tight- threads must be in bad condition. Otherwise ok

It should have a lock feature. Tape is sharp and withdraw fast and this makes it risky without lock feature.
