This is a great product. My puppies coat looked like he was loosing hair and was dry and brittle. I added this to his diet and started noticing his coat getting healthier in about two weeks. I have added this supplement to his food for the last 3 month and his coat looks amazing. I have had many people tell me that his coat looks and feels so healthy, it doesn’t really shed and doesn’t smell. I will keep purchasing this product and give this to my dogs. Let me say that this product will only help if you are feeding your animal a healthy food. I originally was preparing a raw diet for my dog and must have been doing something wrong even though I did months or research on preparing a healthy raw diet. With this supplement I experienced a better coat, but still not like it is now. After switching my dog to Orijen large breed puppy and using this supplement, he looks amazing.

So right off the bat, we do NOT use this the "normal" way - our pibble boy is a rescue and he's an old man at this point. He's about 9 years old and grew up pretty malnourished and neglected, so he has weaker muscles than he should and he's a little too old to really exercise the way he'd need to for his muscles to get big and better developed. He's much more into napping than running, but we walk him up and down our hill-filled neighborhood and that's about the amount of exercise he can handle. So, if we were to give him the recommended amount of this every day, he'd put on weight and poop a lot and that's about it.So, instead, we just use it to supplement his food once a day just a little bit. He loves the smell and taste, he gets so excited when he sees us sprinkle about a scoop over his dry food at lunchtime, and he literally licks his whole bowl clean every time. More importantly, it gives him a noticeable boost in his energy within an hour or so - when we brought him home with us (and for months afterward) he would nap the day away and his walks were short. He'd be so tired he couldn't make it up the first big hill, and he'd collapse on the cool tile of the kitchen floor the second we walked in the door. But, since we got this stuff and started adding it to his lunch, his walks have gotten longer and longer and we find him generally more excited to explore than he ever was before. He even still has energy when we get home - he still lays on the kitchen floor, but he's much less out of breath and he hops right up as soon as we look like we're leaving the room. He's also lost a little of his belly/rib fat and he's stopped gaining weight according to our last checkup at the vet. He was putting on maybe five or six lbs between visits, but his weight hasn't changed in a month. I expect it to go down a little bit by next time, now that he's energetic enough to want to walk so much farther and faster.This supplement powder is the only change that we've made in his diet in months, it's the only explanation for why he's been getting so much healthier. Again, we're not even really using all that much, only about half the daily recommended amount, and slightly irregularly (not quite every day, more like 2/3 or 3/5 days). And he's SO much happier now. He even jumps up onto the bed now, which he could never do before. He used to just look up and pout until I got off the bed and gave his butt a boost so he could slowly climb up, now he just does a little running circle and hops up.It's a night and day difference, we'll be using this stuff forever now.Bonus usage - our lil man takes pills at breakfast and dinner for his thyroid. He takes them really good, he's not picky or suspicious, but we discovered after about a month that he's allergic to chicken. Not severely, but enough that he sporadically threw up, which meant he wouldn't hold down his important pill sometimes. So we mixed this with natural peanut butter to make a sort of thick play-doh type of thing, then we rolled it thin using wax paper to keep it from sticking, then we cut it into little rectangles that were easy to fold over his pill. He generally just licked at peanut butter by itself, but since this was more like a chewy solid he ate it up much easier. He also went nuts for it whenever he smelled it, something about beef and peanut butter smells together just really does it for him. So if you have any picky pill pups, try mixing this with natural peanut butter and it'll probably do the trick.

Followed instructions. First day, 1 tbs. And the very next day my dog got the runs. Literally a puddle. Do not buy it.

I feed my 40lb 6yr old Fawn Staffordshire Bull Terrier a raw diet. She is sometimes a picky eater, but does not mind gobbling this down when I mix it into her food. I have noticed that she has stopped shedding! My floors approve! She coat is soooo much shiner. She's a bit happier and has more pep when she plays. I would highly recommend! For those who got diarrhea, I think there are gonna be cases where your dog has some underlying allergy and you didn't know it. Sorry that sucks! Just stop giving it if your dog has a negative reaction. My dog is allergic to chicken and has bloody diarrhea and breaks out when she eats it. I didn't know, till it happened. I don't feed her chicken anymore.Doesn't mean chicken is a terrible product and you should never buy it ;)

I got a pack of Total Health to add to the other Bully Max supplements I give my dog. It says it should only be given periodically and not on a regular basis or that’s what I thought I read. My dog didn’t have any of the issues that Total Health helps with so I can’t say if it helped or not. I fed it to my dog for 1 month just to give him the nutrients that are in this product. I gave this to my dog for what I seen as preventative maintenance and to hopefully stop him from having the issues it helps with!
