The product was received in good condition and the contents of the package were as per the description. Instalation was also quite easy. The o-ring had to be stretched a little so that it could sit in the grove exactly. There was no leakage of water at all. The durability of the product has to be seen with time. The cost of the product also is reasonable.

This is a pre-filter housing that can be used with any RO machine. (Ensure the connector size is matching)I use a Unilever Pureit RO unit that comes with a non-transparent pre-filter housing. When I recently got all the filters changed, I saw that the pre-filter was extremely dirty. (There was almost 6 months worth of dirt and sediment in it.)Since the quality of the tanker water in my area is quite bad; and the pre-filter is essential to protect the functioning of the RO membrane and other filters inside the unit, I decided to run two filters in series.Connected the water supply to this housing and the output to the OEM pre-filter housing. (Double filtration)The advantage is that when the pre-filter element gets very dirty, it is easily visible through this housing and I can change it as and when required.This came with all the attachments and fittings, including teflon tape, spanner etc. Only issue is that the pre-filter element provided with this housing is of very low quality; since I had a spare OEM filter element, I used that with this housing.Verdict - Worth the price paid. Would have been 5 stars if the filter element was of better quality. Housing and other fittings are of good quality.

First time the O ring did not fit well and the water was leaking from it however I tried. The groove for the O ring and the O ring size doesn't match properly because of that the ring was getting extended at some place while fixing the cap. This lead to water leakage.Other point is that the filter and the upper cap doesn't close completely due to which there is a chance that water coming out of this isn't all purified one. Instead go for a filter candle which has plastic at the top middle and couple of rings / watchers to prevent water leakage.The replaced item was even more worst. Its an used, broken one with less quality and all kinds of scratches, marks all over the unit. Its better to go for a pre filter which has outer thread (this has inner threading) like our regular water bottles. In case of leakage at least we can add some water tape to it to block the leakage.

Product looks to be of fine Quality, received as described in the portal. Working fine I can see the hard particle are getting filtered. However the fitting was not so good. Overall I will recommend.

Quality is good. Spurn fits perfectly. No water leaking. Clear visable filter. Fully satisfied with the product.

Nice product , use tape provided with this package to fix connector. Candle provided in not of good quality ( I got damaged one at bottom side), I purchased another Pentair company candles.

Washer is small due to which it leaking from sides. The washer surface around where it fits is uneven due to which it leaks. The cartridge fits loose inside and requires some sort of jugaad. So not recommended.
