After reading anyone can plan better for pregnancy as couple. Elaborate details about what to do why to do will surely help if implemented. Even if not followed what is discussed in book you will easily notice things are happening to female in same sequence. Eg. timing of digestion issue and solutions, pain in particular body parts and solution,. This review is based on observing my wife as she is pregnant now and i read before planning. All suggestions in books cannot be implemented for working individual but many things can be used for sure.

Book might be good… but not practical…

This is an excellent guide before pregnancy, through pregnancy and after it . It has all the do's and don'ts a pregnant lady should follow . It has all the detailed information about the basic health routine and care to be followed for pregnant lady , a mother and the baby and their diet . There is alot of usefull information in the book like pregnancy food & music& yoga , baby massage , baby food, regaining shape etc... The book has all step by step information .Though the few ayurvedic terms and their definitions are a little difficult to understand but that hardly matters because it has all the translations in simple language . It is easy to read and understand .Price :Regarding the price , it is a little expensive but the hard cover book + the quality of glossy paper + the amount of information provided justifies the price .Must must have 👍
