Bought this one for range shooting and loving it. Fit nicely and material is the same as the other known brand. I will recommend this to anyone who wanted to have an economical tactical pants.

Took a trip out to west Texas this weekend and they held up extremely well to all the thorns and brush.

Opened package and tried on. Sizing chart showed XL. Not even close. Need more like a 2XL. Pants would have split!. Returning and might try some other on Amazon.

Only dislike was somehow I ripped the right onside pocket at work so rip resistant I can't say I agree with

The first thing of interest about these hiking pants is that tit is made of the rip stop type of polyester fabric bound in backpacks or tents or some garments. The fit is true to size, but the length as is typical of mail order garments runs long. The last 8-10 inches of the legs from the knees down to the bottom hem is cut straight and no longer tapers, so it is easy to have someone cut these to the proper length and sew the hem. The section around the knees has additional stitching to form slight pleats to gave the knee area a better fit. The pants fit around the waist and at the back the waist band incorporates about 5 inches of gathered elastic, so in American parlence this would be called a relaxed fit. The two front side pockets use the same ripstop fabric so there won’t be early on hole worn in the bottom of the front pockets due to keys and coins rubbing inside. The front pocket have adequate depth. The back pockets are interesting because the top of the pocket, rather than running straight across, The top edge drops lower on the outside of the waist side. Inside each back pocket is a very small “key” pocket similar to what you’d find in the front of a pair of American jeans. On each side of the mid to upper thigh is a side cargo pocket that is rectangular and can be closed with a nylon zipper, as well as a narrow “knife” pocket that has a Velcro flap. The nylon zippers are good quality, the main front zipper is metal and could be smoother to use. Other pants notions such as buttons, D rings, Velcro etc are very good. The inside of the pants has no lining or inner waist band. All inner seams are locked down with over stitching. This is definitely worth 4.5 stars. If the back pockets had fasteners (buttons, snaps, zipper, or Velcro) this pant would be almost perfect. Polyester pants can be either warming or cooling. My guess is that given the weight of the fabric these are best for cooler weather.
