I ordered a size medium, and it fits great. The waist has a lot of give. For reference, I am 5'9", 150 lbs, about a 30" waist. You can wear this higher waisted or lower - both look really great. I think this skirt would look great on all shapes and sizes! It also looks fantastic with a T for a more casual look (or a tube top, if you have the shape/ are comfortable with that), and you can dress it up with a more office-vibe shirt. Very versatile! I will say I don't find the fabric forgiving for a little muffin top. I'd either wear shapewear or something that covered the waistband if I was going to wear it right on my belly, but if you wear it at your natural waist, this isn't an issue :) The bubble shape is super cute and reminds me of clothes I wore in my teens/early 20s. Glad that shape is back! The material is also a throwback to some skirts I had then.
