Comfort
Product Review: Gales Frontline Nurse ShoesRating: ★★★★☆ (5/5)I recently purchased a pair of Gales Frontline Nurse Shoes, and after wearing them for several weeks, I am ready to share my thoughts and experiences. As a frontline nurse, comfort, durability, and functionality are of utmost importance to me, and these shoes have managed to meet most of my expectations.Let's start with the comfort aspect. The Gales Frontline Nurse Shoes provide excellent cushioning and support, which is crucial for those long shifts on my feet. The shoes have a well-padded insole that offers ample arch support, reducing fatigue and alleviating foot pain. The lightweight design also adds to the overall comfort, allowing for easy movement throughout the day. However, I did find that the shoes took a little time to break in fully. Initially, I experienced some minor discomfort, but after a few days, they molded to the shape of my feet, and the comfort improved significantly.Durability is another area where these shoes excel. The construction feels solid, and the materials used appear to be of high quality. The outsole provides excellent traction, even on slippery surfaces, which is essential in a healthcare setting. I appreciate the reinforced toe box, which offers added protection against accidental bumps or impacts. After weeks of wear, I have noticed minimal signs of wear and tear, which is impressive given the demanding nature of my job.In terms of functionality, the Gales Frontline Nurse Shoes have some notable features. The slip-on design is convenient, allowing for quick and easy wearing, especially during busy shifts. The shoes are also easy to clean, which is crucial in a healthcare environment where spills and stains are common. The breathable mesh upper keeps my feet cool and helps prevent excessive sweating. However, I would have preferred a little more ankle support, as the shoes can feel slightly loose in that area. One area where these shoes fell slightly short of my expectations is style. While functionality and comfort are paramount, I believe healthcare professionals should also have access to shoes that are aesthetically pleasing. The Gales Frontline Nurse Shoes have a rather generic appearance, lacking the modern and trendy designs available in some other nursing shoe brands. In conclusion, the Gales Frontline Nurse Shoes offer commendable comfort, durability, and functionality, making them a reliable choice for healthcare professionals. Despite the initial break-in period and the lack of style options, these shoes have proven to be a dependable companion during long shifts. If you prioritize comfort and durability over fashion, these shoes are worth considering for your nursing needs.

ARRIVED DIRTY AND WORN
The media could not be loaded. It’s really annoying to know I paid $90 for NEW shoes and I received dirty used shoes. They are comfortable so far but I’d rather have the OPTION to purchase new or used.Updated to add. I now see the uncomfortable tight band people are talking about in the reviews. It’s very tight across the top of my feet and it hurts like crazy after a few minutes even. The shoes are the correct size and roomy in the toe area even. The band across the top is the problem. They are easy to clean and really nice on the sole part but I still give 1 star for the arriving used, high price, and uncomfortable band.

Lightweight and comfortable
I've gotten so many compliments on these shoes, and I love that they come in different colors. I've been wearing these shoes for about a month now, and they're just as the title says, very lightweight and comfortable! I'm on my feet all day at work, so the cushion these shoes provide feels great and keeps my feet from getting tired. They're slip-on shoes, which makes them easy and quick to put on/take off, and are made out of a rubber/foam material, making them water-resistant as well as easy to clean. They do have a couple holes on the inner part of the shoe for air circulation, but like I said, since I'm running around all day (and with the type of material they're made out of) my feet do get just the slightest bit warm. Overall, these shoes are great if you're looking for something with cushion and that's lightweight.

Sweaty, but comfy
I work in operating rooms where bodily fluids abound. I purchased my Gales shoes a month ago and have worn them a few times. I wish I had them for some previous gushers that neatly ruined my other shoes! My Gales are even more comfortable for long periods of standing than my athletic shoes I usually wear. I love how the foam-like material of their construct flexes with the width and motion of my feet while providing adequate protection from spillage. They wipe clean easily! The only draw back I have so far experienced with these shoes is their fit and coverage for my feet is so complete that my feet sweat with the lack of ventilation. I like to wear wool socks with my Gales so my feet at least don’t feel too swampy.

A little letdown
I was so excited to get these shoes, I work with animals and it gets messy, wet and dirty. Unfortunately they aren’t as comfortable as advertised. They are very easy to clean though. I might have got the wrong size so please lmk but the shoes are so tight around the top of my foot but at the heel are too big, this leads to the shoe almost coming off every step and/or rubbing holes in my ankle. Will maybe buy again if it was an error on my part, otherwise i’d look into something else

Best Shoes for Nurses
I LOVE THESE SHOES. They are the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I've worn in the hospital. They are so easy to clean, and very flattering in style. I always have people asking me where I get them. 10/10 would recommend these to anyone who spends long hours on their feet. They are like clouds on my feet.
