I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I believe it is of good quality. Its benefits include reducing my blood sugar, even though I did not change my diet or exercise routine. The Berberine capsule is easy to swallow, and it contains silymarin which enhances the delivery of Berberine. I have noticed an improvement since taking this supplement, and I have also recommended it to friends.

I bought this due to constant bloating feeling and gaining weight very quickly. I am regularly gym goer. This has helped me maintain weight even during my holiday which has never happened to me before I always come back with half a stone. I had no side effects was taking it part of healthy eating. I have taken the whole bottle but when I went to purchase second bottle they was out of stock. So can’t comment about long term weight loss. However I bought from another company as this one wasn’t available and I tell u it had some nasty side effects. This is worth the money I have actually recommended this to few people.

I am delighted with the effects of this Berberine.  I will describe my story.  I took one package of Berberine around May - June.  There was a lot going on for me then - I was changing my place of residence, job - I didn't even have time to notice whether something was changing for me - whether Berberine was working.  Only a few meetings with family and friends (whom I hadn't seen for three months) made me realize how much my figure had changed. Everyone was delighted with my transformation.  I analyzed the situation and did not change anything in my way of eating, etc. I only took this Berberine together with cinnamon in tablets.I recommend it to you with all my heart.  I am delighted with the effect.

It’s linked to prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. So we want to manage our bodies before we get to that stage.

Fantastic product. I bought two, one for my Dad to try too . Have to say we both felt so much better , more energy and also dropped a fair few pound. Such a shame they were out of stock when I tried to re order for us both ....have to say the replacements aren't so good so hurry with the re stock 😊

After trying out different manufacturers of Berberine I wasn’t sure if this brand would be any better, well what a difference! After a few days I noticed a difference in my blood sugar levels and I’ve lost a few pounds without any exercise. Great product will definitely buy again
