Good and well made with a few minor issues.
Product supports both USB and PS2 keyboards.. Some of the keys don't seem to work with PS2 in all ports. Not issue with USB. It is sometimes necessary to power cycle the switch. Seems to be factor if system goes into screen saver/sleep mode.It is well made and easily connects with a frame, but the power switch is on the back so power cycling might be an issue in the frame. Yes I would order again.

Excellent!
Replaced an ancient 8 port rack mount KVM switch with this and it works beautifully. I have a mix of Windwos and Linux servers and it has had no issues yet switching between them.

Rugged and functional.
Unit is very well made. A surprise is it has ports for PS2 keyboard and mouse. However, on one of the 8 ports the PS2 keyboard and mouse was not recognized. Switching to USB2 resoled the issue. On my Linux boxes the keyboard will not be recognized if the console display goes into sleep mode. I've seen similar behavior with a notebook directly connected (no KVM) involved. Power cycling the KVM causes the boxes to recognize the keyboard again. i have not seen a similar issue with windows computers, but I think this is chip-set dependent. I have not checked to see if leaving the unit will prevent the boxes from no longer recognize the unit. Cables are well made. Unit comes with mounting brackets for rack mounting, but I'm using it on my desktop. Switching either by button press or key combination works without issue. Quite impressed considering the price. If you select a powered down computer unit reports Cable Disconnected which will also be displayed if a computer is need sleep mode. I now power down the monitor since the "Cable Disconnected" display keeps monitor from going into sleep mode. Beep is loud, but can be turned off.
