Very good for the price but maybe for kids closer to 12 months. I tried it for an 8 month old and they are not able to press buttons yet but any activity with the buttons is accidental :-) I can't speak for all 8-month-olds, but if you are fine with them not being able to push buttons yet, it does work and is educational.

I got another toy similar that was a phone and this one by far was better it’s louder and entertaining for my seven month baby but he also likes to bit it. But it has held up and is helpful when he wants my phone I give him this and he seems to enjoy it. Would recommend!

While infants love to play with everything you have, including a phone, sometimes the toys meant to entertain them and replicate what they are, are just too complicated for a young mind to really understand. I couldn't leave my phone anyone near me without the baby getting ahold of it and wanting to see it play a video or just see the lights, so I thought this would be a good distraction.It's very well made and has lots of features, but for the 6–12-month range, it's just too complicated for them to actually use or learn from since they're not paying attention to the specific button or understanding the difference between English and Spanish at that point.It's maybe slightly larger than the early iPhone, which is nice for an infant. It feels like a real phone, so if they throw it, which they will, watch out, because it will break something, or knock whatever you have in its path.I think for a toddler that is 18 months or older, it's a great learning tool, but with the headline stating 6-12 months, it's just too complicated. I'm excited to see what the baby does with it in the future and will update it at that time.

This is a toy cell phone with buttons that make sounds or speak. There is a little switch that is the volume on the side.It doesn't light up very much, but is a good distraction for our little one when they want to reach for our phones.

This feels cheap when you hold it but our 1.5 year old loves it! Hes always reaching for our phones and now he thinks he has one of his own. Its very cute how it plays music and rings and has two languages. My husband speaks spanish with our son and I speak english so this is a great toy for him. Takes 2 AAA batteries not included.

I got this since my 2 year old has taken an interest in my cell phone. It has been helpful at getting him to stop trying to grab my phone. The size is a little smaller than my Galaxy, but thickness is about the same. There is a tune that the toy plays in between button pushes, which attrracts my son's attention and gets him to keep pushing. The front looks like you could wash it, just dont get any water in the small holes on the back side. Does not include batteries.

This toy phone has the look and feel of a real phone, with the exception of all the buttons to press. I like that it’s got a bilingual mode since I speak both Spanish and English to my son, but his grandparents and my older family members speak more Spanish than English so it helps keep that going for him. It’s a great size to keep in a diaper bag too. I keep this as a special car toy, so he stays more interested in it because it’s only played with in the car or when we’re out and about. He usually keeps it in one of his car seat cup holders for easy access.

This looks like a great toy! I need to find a small screwdriver so I can open the toy and place 2 AAA batteries in there!
