I read different reviews on this and was leery about the taste. But I love the taste! They taste like yummy candies to me and I have to hold myself back as to not to eat more than the suggested amount each day.

A bit hard to chew with my TMJ, but I can tell they have great absorption and are tasty as well. I only gave a 4, because, personally, I would like them to be softer. Still.. Great product!

I added this to my weight loss regimen because of the higher quality ingredients compared to some of the other weight loss products. I like the way these taste and the fact that when I take these I don’t feel as hungry throughout the day. It’s easier for me to remember to take these especially since they taste good.

This product promised a lot and I'm sure it's good and helpful. But, there's one problem for me with it. It has stevia in it. I'm allergic to that sweetener. If the ingredients were listed on the product information page with stevia listed on it like it does on the label, I would have not gotten this. If you aren't allergic to stevia, then you'll be fine with this stuff most likely! Keep in mind, it's considered a grocery product and you can't return it for a refund. I spent $29.99 plus tax buying this and I can't use it.

These taste really good, and help suppress my appetite. They are a great value

Personally I think these taste disgusting. But they're easy to chew. Easy to swallow. They don't have to be taken with food which is a huge plus for me. And they do help suppress my appetite. So I'm hopeful that they will help me lose a couple pounds.
