MAVHVAMShoulder Bag Water Repellent Durable Crossbody Bag with Soft Strap and Reflective Zipper Rope

Very happy with this bag, lots of pockets in the right places, sturdy but not heavy.

As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon.This MAVHVAM Water repellent Shoulder/Crossbody Bag arrived in a vacuum packed plastic bagI ordered this bag as with many people I now have to carry numerous items with me when going out, such as glasses, sunglasses, keys, mobile phone, earbuds, wallet, shopping bags etc.The reason I ordered this specific bag, is because I have just acquired a new waterproof jacket for the winter, and I needed a waterproof crossbody bag, I have other crossbody bags but they are genuine leather, and I didn’t want them to get really wet as I thought it might ruin them, so this bag is absolutely perfect for my needs.This bag measures approximately 8¾ x 7 by 2½ inches, and has front and back zipped pockets, a zipped main compartment with a zipped inner pocket and open pocket (see my video), the two outer pockets and main compartment zips have a thin reflective zipper rope connected to them, well they are supposed to be reflective, but I took the bag into a dark room and shone a torch at the bag, and to the side, but they didn’t reflect any light, the zips were more reflective than the rope, but the rope does make them very easier to pull, I found all the zips run smoothly.There are two loops for sliding on carabineers, which could come in handy for hanging certain things from.I also like that the strap is quite wide at 1½ inches.I took the bag out on a very rainy day, and when I returned home I simply wiped it down with a cloth, everything inside was bone dry.I could go through everything that’s in the listing description but I’m sure you have already read it before reading my review, so I won’t repeat it, you can see the unboxing in my video, this is just my personal experience with it.At the time of writing this review the price is £13.99, which after doing a quick search I feel is a little expensive, especially as they sell the same bag at the moment in a different listing for £9.99.The squares on the table I use when photographing and videoing are there so you can use them to help you judge the size of items I photograph or video, the small are 1cm square and the larger ones are 5cm.I hope you have found this review and video helpful.

I have my laptop bag, and a leather man bag that can hold quite a bit, but I was looking for something smaller for those times when I want to travel lighter, or when I am off for a long dog walk, but don't want to bother with a rucksack. On those occasions I am really looking for something to store my phone(s), a paperback book or an ereader, headphones, credit card, glasses, etc. For that purpose this bag is idea.It has three zippable pockets, two on the outside and one on the inside, which I like as it means I can keep my glasses safe and don't have to worry about them getting scratched. I also like the motto 'a place for everything and everything in its place' and three zipped pockets gives me the scope to store things where I know I will be able to find them instantly (e.g. when I am carrying my passport).Unlike many bags the strap is actually stitched on to the bag itself rather than being attached with metal rings. I like this as it keeps the bag in a nice shape.The bag claims to be waterproof and I can testify that this seems to be true, not just of the inner compartment, but both of the outer pockets seem to be individually waterproofed, which is excellent, particularly if you are carrying a printed book or a passport. I doubt it would keep the water out if you dropped it in the sea, but in a heavy rainstorm you should be just fine.The zips seem to be of a high quality and quite chunky, so they are in no way fiddly, and look as though they will last, and all the stitching seems to be of a similar quality, although most of it is neatly hidden away so you can't really see it.All in all, for an inexpensive bag, I think it is rather nice. I went for black, but both the blue and brown option were very tempting and in hindsight maybe I should have gone with the brown one, as all my bags are black and so having a change would have been nice.

I'm thrilled with this bag! It's just the right size for glasses, passports, phone cases, and wallets, making it perfect for airports and travel. The adjustable strap ensures a comfortable fit, and the appealing color range adds to its charm. Plus, it's loaded with pockets for added convenience.

The is a minimal shoulder bag that works great for guys or girls. It has that 'messenger bag' style to it, but rather than being horizontal and rectangular like many are, this is more of a modern vertical elongated-square style.The bag has a big main compartment and then a smaller outside compartment. It's very useful for carrying around your phone, wallet and keys - maybe a few other bits. I used it once when I was doing a small leaflet delivery and I was able to fit 50 folded leaflets inside it, although they did poke out the top.The quality is pretty good, although the strap does look a little cheap. The zips open and close fine and the outside seems fairly water resistant to me. One thing I have noticed is that it seems to be a fluff/dog hair magnet, so it does need brushing down quite often.Overall, I like this bag - it is very simple, but does the job as you'd hope :)
