It’s not regular size… it’s big

These grips are really handy for heavy deadlifts(all kinds) or any other exercise with a pulling motion, though the wrist strap can be more tight for a better snugged packing so if you have small wrist size i would like to suggest you for something else. Its a highly recommended product specially for the people who have weak grips that lead to grip failiure much before of that of the targetted muscle fatigue. I am using these grips now for over 6 months and they do come handy.

Was looking for versa gripp alternative in India and bought this. Material seems to be comparable and the price seems fair, however because they are universal size, the wrist wrap is short and I cannot loosen the grip between sets without removing it.

It's been a month now for the use , the grip is large , not suitable for smaller wrist, apart from that the rubber quality is fine it disintegrates with use !

One of the grips tore on 2nd day of use!!! Had bought the same Kobo grip a year ago and and it was of much better quality than this one. The earlier purchased Kobo grip had a thinner rubber pad and very sturdy stitching. This one has much thicker rubber pad which makes it difficult to wrap around the bar. The stitching on seams is inadequate and it gave away at 172kgs of dead lift!! While I got the replacement (Thank you Amazon!) but replacement grip is again of same quality.. I am not hopeful that it would even last a few sessions..*Feedback after replacement*The replacement grip also tore in 1st session itself. Finally figured that rated weight capacity the each grip is only mere 60 kgs. Certainly not for serious weight lifting. Had to apply for refund! :(

Horrible product , very flimsy quality ... in just two weeks of using it the velcro strap started going loose and now dosent even stick properly for a firm hold ... highly recommend you to look at other options
