It’s clamping down well on the fretboard. Does its job, but I’m expecting the mechanism to get a little easier with use; it takes quite a bit of effort to pry it open and hold the capo long enough to put it in place.

Using it for years now still the product is maintained please take it as it is cheap and nice

Its good and handy.

It does not mention the 'Mustang' brand anywhere on the product or its packing. Rather there is no brand name on it; it jut says guitar capo with some cool graphics on the packet.Having said that, it is not a bad product per se. It is pretty sturdy, kind of heavy. It is pretty friendly to the guitar fret board or neck as it has rubber padding every place it touches the guitar.

First the product sent was cheap and didn't work properly. But after replacement they have sent a product that looks like one in the picture and is working fine. Though it doesn't looks to be of Mustang but is working fine.

It's a good product. But it's not original mustang. Didn't expect the original at this price anyway but if you're expecting the original capo at this cost? youre going to be dissapointed. Otherwise works fine. Made of sturdy metal and a responsive spring. The cover it comes in is of some local company but that doesn't matter unless you were hoping for mustang packaging. Worth it for the price.
