Tastes great and essential minerals that are needed
It has a great taste. I am glad to know this product provides the raw minerals not in conventional salt. Although this salt is great, be prepared to deal with the moisture this salt retains. I is cakey and not at all usable from a salt shaker even if you grind it. Best if used directly from a hand held twist grinder. Based on the mineral content that I am receiving from this product it is worth it. For cooking, the salt rocks are soft enough to pinch and grind between your fingers right into the recipe.

Great salt find
Great salt loaded with minerals. My only complaint is the salt is a little moist and does not work well in salt grinder. Have to put salt in a pie pan and dry it out in a low heat oven.
