I ordered this chair for my mom who’s very particular about chair size and comfort. She’s 88 years old and 5’1. This chair is a perfect fit for her and so comfortable! The lift works great and the heat and massage functions are a bonus! She is also extremely pleased with the overall look and color! We highly recommend this chair to any petite person!

We got this chair for our 90 year old 4’9” mother, she is 200+ lbs. based on the information given by the seller we purchased the wide model which comes in 3 boxes.The good: it assembled in less than 30 minutes with 2 adults and didn’t require any tools, but lining up the arms took a lot of that 30 minutes; it fit her size perfectly so petite people should buy this chair and so far she is very comfortable in it.The thing to watch out for; for wide, there’s 3 boxes. FedEx delivered 2 boxes and we called the next day to figure out what happened to the 3rd box. The seller informed us that there were only 2 boxes, whoever answered your phone doesn’t know your product. The following day FedEx delivered the 3rd box. So if you ordered the wide model, make sure you get 3 boxes, and they are heavy.

Easy to assemble and nice modern looking. Bought the small size cream faux leather and the fabric is nice and has a satin finish. It is not too puffy and the lift and recline are perfect angles.

We bought this for someone who was dealing with leg and back problems. After purchasing an expensive adjustable bed that still was not helping her we tried this chair. She is short and we got the short and wide version of this chair. It arrives in just a couple days and was super easy to put together sliding arms and back into place and plugging it in. She loves it and is very comfortable and can now get herself to a standing position without help. Since we got it a couple of weeks ago, she has slept in it every night instead of using her bed and she wakes up with no back problems and no leg problems. I am considering purchasing another one for myself just because it is so comfortable.

My mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and was having difficulty getting out of her Lazy Boy recliner and as a result was frequently falling. Because she was a very petite lady (5' and weighed 100 pounds) she needed a smaller recliner that would assist her in standing and sitting. This chair was exactly what the doctor ordered. It was smaller size and assisted her in actually standing or sitting. It was a beautiful grey plether. Easy to clean and maintained it's look after being used every day. The price was much cheaper than buying anywhere locally! I highly recommend this chair.

I purchased this chair when my mother moved into an assisted living facility. I received it in a timely manner and assembled it. I raised it to the upright position, only to find that it did not function beyond that. Nothing. It would not go down. The massage and heat elements worked, but not the primary functions of the chair, which was raising and lowering to allow ease of access for my elderly mother.I wrote to Amazon to tell them of the issue. They responded that as it was purchased from a 3rd party seller, I would have to seek resolution from them. For the past 7 weeks, I have had my emails lost, the order disappear from my order history, I have had messages saying that I am sending to an unmonitored mailbox. In short, the main issue - the $700 chair not functioning - is my problem, not that of the seller who sent an obviously defective product. Instead, I have repeatedly been confronted by avoidance of the issue, ignorance that a problem exists and a complete lack of responsibility on the part of the seller or the umbrella organization (Amazon) that permits the sale of this product through their portal.What do I want? Initially, I would like the courtesy of a response that at least acknowledge that this problem exists. Next, I would like either a complete refund of the purchase price or a replacement chair. No, I do not have the original packaging, as the assisted living facility where my mother lives does not have storage for such an eventuality.This issue has been unresolved since early January. I eagerly await your response with solutions.

With quite a bit of damage to the box, my heart was in my throat as I prepared to unpack the delivery. Thankfully, the packers had done the job well and the chair was in perfect condition! I put it together myself (a 75 year old woman), and the chair works perfectly in all its features. The massage, heat and recline work perfectly! I am delighted with my purchase and recommend it highly.
