We purchased these for my father while on hospice. Hospice provided latex condom catheters but not silicone. The hospice catheters definitely did not stick and were irritating because they were latex. These are a soft silicone. They stay on much better than the others that were provided by hospice. These have their own glue to keep them in place and they come in a variety of sizes. Hospice provided nothing larger than a medium. These come in larger sizes and are packed with a removable plastic throw away insert that keeps them from sticking together at the neck of the catheter. I ordered these twice after trying other brands and we were completely satisfied with these during my dads illness. They kept him from having to have an internal catheter which was his wish. These are not expected to stay on for days at a time. We were told to change them every other day or every two days and apply a fresh catheter to clean dry skin. If you follow those simple instructions and put it on all the way like a regular condom, it will stay put until you need to replace it. We were happy with the option that this provided.
