Baby Relax Hadley Double Rocker Chair, Baby Nursery Furniture, Taupe

This chair is great! Arrived earlier than expected. Very easy to assemble. Lovely color, I think it's more light gray than dark taupe but it's still a lovely color. Like some of the other reviews, I found the rock of the rocker to be very gentle. It takes a lot of effort to make a big, deep rock. Mine sits on tile and it needs to be on a rug to get an even rock. Otherwise you can feel every bump in the floor.My husband and I can fit on the chair together. My head leans on the back of the chair, the arms are comfortable height for me to lean on. The seat depth is great. It fits me great. ( I'm 5'3".) I think it's a bit small for my husband (6') but he doesn't mind. I hope the double seater chair makes it easier for my breastfeeding coach and I to sit side by side and cozier for my husband and I to rock the baby to sleep. Very satisfied with my purchase!

A beautiful chair and comfortable too, but it was a nightmare to put together. The holes of the chair didn’t line up at all. Part of the instructions said to not tighten any of the screws until all of them were in part way. Well I did that with all of the screws until the last two and could not, no matter how much I moved, wiggled, unscrewed, etc could not get the screws to go into the last holes. The benefit of all the other screws being really tight is you can get away with not using the last two screws. But be aware, it is a pain. Otherwise love the chair. Fabric seems good quality, and the chair is well built.

LOVE this chair! I was almost deterred due to the negative comments, but I am so happy I went with my gut! It's the perfect size. Sure, it's a bit firm, but I feel the firmness is necessary to sit up comfortably when breastfeeding. I find it to be very comfortable. I also love that the rocking legs can be removed, so once it has finished its purpose for the babies, it can become a stylish living chair.

This was such a disappointment! It's going to be a pain disassembling and returning but it is worth it to have it out of our house! First, it took over an hour to assemble since the holes didn't align hardly at all, and there were even missing holes (first picture) and exposed staples. Second, either the color of the picture is extremely off or they sent me the wrong color. The box says Taupe, but it's clearly Beige (third picture). The fabric is atrocious. It leaves a crummy feeling on your hands. The worst part is that there is literally NO range of motion on this "rocking chair." I might as well have purchased a standard armchair because I cannot rock my kids in this. I was really looking forward to a fun piece of furniture that would let us all read bedtime stories together, but it clearly isn't sturdy enough to fit us all and it literally doesn't even rock more than an inch. I don't know how this chair has decent reviews from anyone!

Other than one screw this was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately one screw wasn't properly aligned with the hole and prob double the time of the while exercise to an hour. The material is nicer than I expect and I like the taupe color. I find the chair comfortable. It is firm but I think it's perfectly adequate for nursing, which is what I intend to use it for. The dimensions are good. You can get an average size man and woman on it together. It looks attractive. And I have seen I think the near exact chair on west elm for more than double the price. I would say it's a shame the wings aren't bigger to rest on and the arm a bit more padded. But other than than a great chair. I would highly recommend.

I got so many compliments on this chair after a birthday party at my house. I sent one of the dads into my study to rock his baby and the mom had to know where I got it. It was super easy to put together. I have five kids and they've put it thought a lot within the first few months, a friend's kids, even took my watercolor pens to it and I managed to get that all out with a scrub brush, Lysol with hydrogen peroxide, and for anything tougher than that I use pet strength carpet cleaner...and it all comes out...perfect size to fit me and few of my little ones in to read, durable for certain, and a hit with guests. It's made for nurseries, but I keep it in my study, to have something comfy for us all to read in.

I’ve had this rocker for four years. Two babies, Zika, and a pandemic and this rocker is still going strong. It still looks great despite spills, drool, you name it. I’ve slept may nights in this thing with a baby attached to me somehow and it got me through the rough newborn forest. I love that now that my babies are older it’s big enough to fit me and the two kids in it for a story or just some snuggles. I don’t think I’ll be parting with this anytime soon. The only way this is leaving my house is because its been torn to pieces. It has been the daily used item in my life since my first baby was born, aside from the crib... and even that I don’t think hasn’t gotten as much use as this rocker!The only downside is that since it’s not a glider it will move as you rock, so you do have to scoot back up sometimes so you don’t crash into the wall. But a minor nuisance in comparison to having a quality comfortable chair I’ve spent hours of my life on.Highly recommend!!

I wanted a chair for my new baby's room that was spacious enough for my big helper toddler to sit with us. This chair is a great size and the cushions are nice and firm. Good enough quality for the very reasonable price, but I wouldn't consider it a high quality furniture piece. Like others said, it was a nightmare to put together and my husband ended up just getting the drill and making his own holes with a screw and bolts in one place because we couldn't get it to work.
