I have purchased it at a great discount and very much satisfied with its quality. (slightly better to philips machine and far better to prestige and cheaper brands)Fit and finish is really amazing (very much expected from TEFAL) and also the operation is very simple.I am using good quality grounded coffee bean powder and brewed nice cup of coffee with good aroma with this mini machine a number of times before this review.Although this is a mini model, it brews easily 5-6 small or 3- 4 standard mug of filter coffee in short time.please note that this machine is meant for only preparing filter coffee.It is important to choose good quality grounded filter coffee powder for this item. Also it is highly recommended to follow the instructions thoroughly and cautiously before operating this machine for the first time to make a perfect cup of filter coffee.

First let me say that this appliance makes a nice hot pot of coffee quickly, and keeps secondary cups hot until used. During the year that I have been using this coffee maker I have found 2 problems. The first is the heating pad below the pot has rusted, but other than the unsightly appearance, it hasn't affected the overall performance of the machine. The same thing happened to a previous coffee maker by a different brand so it must be a problematic area. The second shortcoming is very annoying in that the design of the pour spout will not allow a normal pour without spilling and dripping down the front of the pot. You have to pour extremely slowly and carefully as to not overwhelm the spout capacity. I will use this machine as long as it continues working, but I think I will buy another brand in the future. The pour spout needs to be redesigned.

Does a superjob! Meant for singles and couples!You get a plastic strainer in it a gold strainer would be ideal!I am using non bleached paper filters. By the way, the size of paper filter in No. 2

I have had philips coffee maker for years. Bought this product for my office. Because of the product quality the product didn't even last for a month. Also locating of after sales service is a challenge in itself. Any day I would personally philips coffee maker over this check quality product

Could have been better. This opens up from the side which is not very user friendly. Moreover the quality of the plastic is weak. Tefal has had a reputation of top quality & durable products .. but sadly this isn't up to the mark. Please relook into it.. use a stronger material. We don't mind paying for good quality products.

Apart from the water caddy's misleading measurement, the product is awesome.Guys, I didn't buy it for coffee shots. I fill it up for 3 cups and I get 2 half mugs.Keeps the coffee nice & warm. Go for it !!
