Well I was typically going with the hype of this product, I always love Puritan's Pride products. Unfortunately I haven't seen quite a change in the effects other then it seems to maintain my hunger many days. But life has caught up and derailed me on a couple days so I'm not going to specify it as a working nor nonworking product. I will continue to take and keep up with a status if anyone is wondering. But also you have to keep in mind this isn't a product meant to be "magic". You have to maintain a diet and exercise routine in order to "see the results."

1/4 of the coat and 4x the verification. Read acual online studies. Youre mostly overpaying for rice powder. This is the BEST and cheapest. If the suppliment works or not. Is up to you to reaearch. It works for me !!

Product helps with keeping by weight down. This is my third purchase, and it really works provided you take use it properly.

Didn't seem very effective for me but different strokes for different folks :) I wasn't expecting much with reading other reviews but was a good price and was mentioned in several articles that this brand is closer to adding the amount they claim on the label.

This product works well. I take it with Apple Cider Vinegar and it controls my appetite. Wish it was a prime member product though.
