From the start, the build quality felt cheap, with flimsy plastic parts that didn’t seem durable. Within a few weeks of use, the motor started making loud, grinding noises, and the jars began leaking despite proper sealing.The biggest issue is overheating – the grinder shuts down after just a few minutes of use, making even simple tasks frustrating. Additionally, the blades aren’t sharp enough to grind ingredients smoothly, leaving coarse chunks in chutneys and spices. Cleaning is also a hassle, as food gets stuck under the blades, making it difficult to wash properly.Customer service was equally disappointing. When I reached out for help regarding the overheating issue, their response was slow and unhelpful, with no real solution offered. Given the poor performance and lack of support, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Spend a little more and get a better-quality mixer grinder instead.

Have been using it for almost 2 years with no major complaints. Basic mixer-grinder. The small jar is average in grinding spices like mustard seeds - but will not give a very smooth grind. The motor does heat up very quickly so cannot use it continuously for long - have to switch off intermittently. The lids are also quite loose and have to be manually held to prevent spillage. It can't compete with the premium products - but is ok for the price and works for regular home use.

A value for money product. Grinding is absolutely good. But juicer and mixer are not that satisfactory thet take longer duration for their work. It is bit noisy. If u seeking a mixer for normal work not for heavy duty tasks this might be a value for money option especially for bachlors living alone.Post sale service by Lifelong is best.
