Feels great, nice variety of heat settings, easy to use, and really comfortable to wear. The adjustable strap is another nice feature. I highly recommend this heated eye mask, especially if the optometrist recommends one for treatment that requires a warm compress on the eyelids. It holds a charge for several days, too. (USB plug)

According to the small instruction sheet that accompanied this eye mask, it has 2 heat modes (high (red light) and low (blue light)) and will auto-shut off after 30 minutes. Both are incorrect. It actually has 3 heat settings (red, blue, and green) and shuts itself off after about 15 minutes. What this mask does in reality is consistent with the description in the product listing, but it would have been nice if a correct instruction sheet had been sent.With that said, overall I like this eye mask. Things I like about it:- Wireless and rechargeable makes wearing/using this easy and comfortable- Adjustable elastic band that allows for a comfortable fit for the strap around the head- Auto shut-off is key as I am guaranteed to fall asleep wearing this (safety first!)- Generally comfortable to wear- Heat definitely feels good and is relaxing- Comes with a charging cable (cable only, no charger block)Things I wish were a bit improved from what they are:- I would prefer a longer auto-shut off time, maybe 20-30 mins vs. the 15 min it gives- The heat distribution isn't entirely even - I feel most of the heat above my eyes- The area that sits over/around my nose isn't entirely comfortable for me, and it takes some adjusting to position it to get it to be as comfortable as possible. Although this could be a me issue based on my face structure/shape.- And of course, the instructions aren't accurate.

I have chronic dry eyes and heat helps! This mask is comfortable and gets very warm on the high setting.

Overall I am pleased with this eye mask though I just have a couple complaints. It does take a little while to warm up. I wish it was a little faster but I just work around that by turning it on a couple minutes before I want to use it. I also wish the temperature could be adjusted a little more than low and high. Even it had a medium setting, that would be nice. Other than that, it does help with my eyes and it is comfortable to use. But I feel like those two things would make it even better.

The website stated it lasts 7x before needing charged, the paperwork said it would last 5x before needing charged, it only lasted 2x and then would NOT charge. Defective. Would not recommend this product

It heats, as promised, but doesn't solve the problems it promises to solve, and even adds one or two.First, what it does. It DOES heat your eyes. It applies the heat directly above the eyes. The mask is comfortable and adjustable, and it's easy to charge and keep charged.Second, what it does NOT do.1) I suffer from ridiculous sinus issues. I had hoped this item would help that problem. The item says it helps this problem. It does not. It applies hear directly above the eyes, not around the eyes, therefore the sinuses are not affected.2) This item claims to help migraine headaches. I had a couple. I applied this mask. It felt good (for a bit - more on that later) but it didn't shorten or end my migraines.3) This item is recommended as a method to ease dry eyes. In my experience it made it worse.Also, there are other eye masks that don't put pressure on the eyes. This item would be nicer if it was designed so the heat was applied around the eye instead of directly on it.Finally, this item made me feel like I had a fever. I didn't have a fever, but I felt like it.I dunno. I thought this thing would do other things because of the way it was marketed. I got it, and it didn't follow through. The three stars I'm giving it are because it actually applies heat to the eyes.. but it doesn't do the other things promised. Kind of a disappointment.

Love this mask. The heat feels so good after a long day. Rechargeable and u can remove the middle to wash the mask. I can no longer sleep without it. And it stays on all night. Quality is great. Fit is amazing.

I liked the packaging of the mask, which was sealed with a sealing dot. The mask does have a slight odor, but it is not bothering me even though I am chemically sensitive. I am sure it would be gone after a wash, which you can do by removing the inner part of the mask. For some reason the instructions said it has 2 temperature modes. The mask has 3 modes: red, blue and green. Otherwise, the mask works as described.It is a great mask for dry or tired eyes. It is very relaxing and every time I use it I am afraid to fall asleep right away.As much as I want to have 100% positive experience with it, I do have some issues with it. First of all, I feel the padding on top of the mask is thicker than inside of the mask. That causes me to feel all the hard wires and such of the inside part of the mask. This is not comfortable at all. On top of that I have a smaller face. When I put the mask on it bends in the middle and puts a lot of pressure (hard parts inside of the mask) on the outside part of my eyeballs. So, as a result, I can't use a strap at all. I really like the gentle heat of the green mode. I don't use the strap and just put the mask on top of my eyes. The extra padding around the nose is great for blocking light.I still give the mask 4 stars because the fit might be great for someone else, but if you have a smaller face you might have the same issue as I do.
