handsome binder
This is a handsome binder. The contrasting colors of the faux leather are attractive, and I think this would be appropriate for a professional setting and other settings, as well. The magnetic flap that keeps the binder closed is a nice feature. You have to find the right spot for the magnets to work. When you open the binder, there are a lot of features on the left-hand side. Just to mention a few, there is zippered pocket and slots for your credit cards. The tablet and phone pockets could hold my tablet and iphone, but check on the size to see if it would hold yours. My phone is 2 7/8“ x 5 5/8” and a much larger phone might not fit. There is a strap with a snap holding the tablet in and my small tablet seems to be pretty secure in the pocket. There is a magnetic closure for the business-card pocket. There is no such strap holding the cell phone in. If I turn the binder upside-down and shake it a bit, my cell phone tumbles out. So, a strap of some sort to secure the cell phone in the pocket would be useful. You could add a pocket divider, if you wanted something to hold other papers. Note that because there are features on the inside of the front cover, you can't really write on the back of the paper when the binder is open.I use three ring binders and paper a lot, instead of pads of paper, so this binder works for me, for when I want a binder with a professional look. I am very happy with this binder; but I probably won't use all of the features. There are other binder portfolios with varying prices and features. I recommend that the prospective buyer do some comparison shopping to find the look, features, and price that you want.

Sharp looking and functional
This faux leather portfolio looks very sharp with its black cover highlighted by tan trim and interior. I like how quickly and easily it opens and closes with the magnetic closure, although you have to find the sweet spot for the flap to fully engage with the magnets.Inside, aside from the 3-ring document holder (there's no flap for a standard pad of paper like most padfolios), there is a large document or tablet pocket with a button closure, a small zipper pocket, one visible ID pocket, and four additional card slot pockets. There are two elastic loops for pens or cables, an additional elastic pen holder loop on the opposite side interior, one small with a magnetic closure that could fit business cards or something else equivalently small, and one large open-top pocket that could fit a cellphone or wallet. The faux leather material is soft and smooth both inside and outside, and feels a bit grippy rather than slick, whose appeal will vary based on personal preference. I wish it had at least one external pocket, though, for convenience.I compared its size to a couple zip-up padfolios I have, and found it to be shorter in height (maybe an inch) while slightly wider (about half-an-inch). Its overall utility is quite nice, but it depends on if you prefer to use 3-hole paper or a standard top-bound pad of paper (if the latter, you'd be better off with a standard padfolio).

Beautiful, functional, sturdy
I got this because of the three-ring binder feature as I plan to use it for a planner/carry-all. The colors are beautiful and, if you're anything like me, I appreciate the two-tone, as it means I don't have to think as much about matching it with a bag. There are plenty of extra pockets and the large compartment is a great feature for a tablet or extra papers.A note on the "cell phone pocket" - it is technically large enough to fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but with a low profile silicon case on it, getting my phone in and out of the pocket was a bit difficult and is not something I would probably do on a regular basis as it was a very snug fit.

Good, but a zipper closure would be nice
Overall good binder. Three-ring binder is great with tab separators for filing of paperwork. Inside slots for cards and cell phone. Tablet pocket is nice but makes the binder heavy with a iPad in it. I was concerned about it ripping the one snap and falling out given the only closure device is a magnetic tab. I would prefer a zip closure to ensure items do not fall out.

Nice Combination 3-Ring Binder/Portfolio
I ordered the Toplive Portfolio 3-Ring Binder and it is a nice portfolio. It is a all-in-one combination binder that has a 1 inch 3-ring binder, a portfolio that holds a legal pad, several snap and zippered pockets, and a larger slip pocket with a snap closure that holds loose 8.5 x 11" letter size loose or unpunched papers. And the portfolio closes with a magnetic flap closure. This is the perfect binder to carry to meetings because I can organize everything in this one binder. I love it and easily rate it a 5 out of 5.

Good quality, missing a clipboard
This portfolio is very good quality, looks very sharp, and functions as expected. The only thing I think is missing is a clipboard to hold notepads, as most portfolios need to have. The magnetic closure works very well - strong and holds as expected. Overall, good value for the price and recommended.
