Good toaster.
Good popup toaster. You can set the timer for proper browning.Adding after 2 yrs- It worked fine for 1 yr 11 months. One month prior to warranty. Got repaired. But in vain. It again refused to work after 2 months of repair. I had to throw it out.

Element and side lock is broken
I bought this toaster during August 2018 and was working fine. Just during the month of Feb 2018, one of its elements have stopped heating and also the side push lever to push slices seems to have burnt / broken within. Can somebody appoint an engineer for its after sales summary as the product is currently under its two year warranty.

Value for money with good price to performance ratio
Made in PRC for Borosil. Finish is beautiful and inspires confidence. Value for money. First toast at no.2 browning control position came off well. The body gets a little warm but within acceptable level.. 2 years warranty shows how confident the manufacturer is about its quality, Borosil customer service is good from my experience with a Borosil Mixer Grinder.( Initially the well known and competent service franchisee made a temporary repair gluing the broken knob but soon replaced it with a new knob which Borosil sent fast) Will update my review after 6 months. I did a long research and atleast one site put it at no.10 on the best white pop-up Toasters. Considering the price, finish and Borosil reputation, the No.10 is no 1. for me.
