I haven't done Spin for a year, I've not been getting enough exercise and I'm putting on weight so I decided to get a Spin bike. I couldn't warrant spending a fortune on a peleton bike and I'm glad I didn't. I researched for ages (there are so many reviews it blew my mind) and I finally settled on The Dripex Indoor cycling bike. And it's great - I love it! I didn't put it up, my partner did but he did it in no time at all and said it was easy to do. The bike looks good, isn't too big and bulky and is so sturdy, in the saddle or out of the saddle. The resistance is great, from low to high and the flywheel is really quiet. I am 5ft 3 and the saddle height is just right for me but I'm not sure it would be suitable for anybody shorter. I love that there is an ipad / phone holder. I have been doing You Tube classes from my phone and it works perfectly for that. I always did Spin in a studio on top of the range bikes so I was really dubious buying one on-line but I am so pleased with it and I would highly recommend it.If I had to give any negative feedback it would be probably the screen. Two things, one that there is no RPM but I knew that when I bought it and two, that there is no way of knowing which resistance you are at as it does not show on the knob or the screen. No issues though, you soon know when you're at high resistance! I have only done two classes on it but I can't wait to get fit with it and trust me, I am no fan of exercise! Spin - and this bike - make it fun.

Fantastic spinning bike!Affordable and easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy. I’m 100kg and 6ft 2in tall and it doesn’t creak, rattle or move around at all, even when out the saddle. My partner is 5ft 5in and it adjusts to her smaller size too. The belt drive is silent so can be used inside the living spaces of the house if needed. I cannot recommend this product enough, especially for the price.My only minor points for improvement would be the HR monitor/computer - it’s not accurate at all, so don’t rely upon it. I use an Apple Watch which showed my peak HR on screen, the bike was showing half of that measurement so I just use the computer for cadence and time only, but it does the job in that respect.The last thing I’d like to see improved is the resistance control. It takes a LOT of turns to increase the resistance when you want to come out the saddle to climb. If a thread with a more aggressive pitch was used on the rod connected to the magnet, you could generate the resistance with fewer turns. It’s a bit frustrating having to put three or four full turns on each time and you often miss the instructors timings in a spin class; however, it’s not a deal breaker.It’s still a brilliant home spin bike, solid and on par with studio spinning bikes in its build quality. It appears to be manufactured in Germany and I can believe it. Very well made and all screws/threads were smooth and assembled without issue.

I was not sure about this bike at time of purchase there were not that many reliable reviews to go by. The bike arrived as scheduled easy to assemble. See photos wheel and drive belt assembly come pre-assembled instructions are clear. So it did not take me long to start enjoying it. Very steady bike that will take you through your paces. The high resistance setting will make you sweat for sure. The seat is ok comfortable but did squeak before I applied small grease. Unfortunately the drive mechanism has developed a problem for my bike, hence the 4star rating. Luckily the Dripex team have been at hand and have identify what the issue is. Bless them they have promised a replacement bike at no cost to me. I will update when I get replacement bike in the coming week.

I have been so impressed with this product and the customer service from Judy at Atlas Sport. I bought the bike to regain my fitness having injured my knee running.Delivery:My bike arrived within 4 days of ordering it and arrived in one package. The bike was packaged securely to minimise any damages. I received updates on my delivery -and when I contacted the seller having received a note to say my delivery might be delayed she reassured me when I contacted her that it was still in transit and should be delivered on time(it was).Assembly:On removing bike from package the first thing I noticed was the quality of each of the pieces. Each piece seemed sturdy and had a quality finish. The instructions are easy to follow and the bike was very easy to build. It took me and my partner 30 mins max.Bike:The saddle is comfy and the adjustability of the saddle and handlebars make it easy to find a position that is comfortable to ride at. I have been so impressed with the level of workout you are able to carry out on this bike as the bike is extremely sturdy- it does not move when riding it even when out of the saddle (I am 5ft10inches and reasonably heavy). Further the magnetic resistance is very effective and offers a wide range of levels for you to create a workout that is personal and challenging. The monitor as in other reviews is basic, however, I like to use it to check my speed, time and distance. This does not even bother me at all as if you are interested in getting sweaty and getting fit this bike is perfect.**I am very sensitive to noise- this bike is SO QUIET and other people reviews saying that was one of the main reasons I bought it. The video attached shows this and also the sturdiness of the bike.Overall I am delighted with my purchase and would recommend it to all :)
