The media could not be loaded. Amazing bike for excellent price compared to similar bikes. Took a chance and I'm so happy with it. Assembly was straightforward and they had the instructions and all the tools included in the package. Charged overnight and then took it for a spin. Works great on road and in the dirt. Strong flashlight and loud horn to keep safe at night. Remember to wear reflective gear because this bike is FAST so you need more visibility! Ride is smooth and saddle is wide and comfy. Shocks are great and fat tires make it stable on rough terrain. It recently snowed and it was enjoyable and safe to bike through snow. Speed ristrctionn removal was was easy. I plan to use it for daily commute once the weather is a bit warm.I'm going to update the review after a couple months of riding

The bike came on time and was very easy to assemble the battery was even fully charged. This bike has some power and does about 30-31mph just in throttle mode on a flat ground and I'm 58 years old and about 260lbs. Peddle assist mode works great too. PAS2 riding about 21mph Very sturdy bike, the seats a little uncomfortable for me but I will by something on amazon that fits my needs. Great quality bike for the price.

The bike has been awesome for about almost a month now used it simple as a point A to B vehicle for work and now the throttle has started to randomly not work when I’m riding at full speed and it gives me a error code E003 handle failure. The problem started as the bike randomly turning off the first and second time it happened but this third time it finally gave me a error code.

I had an error a few days later, but I contacted customer service and they sent me practically everything new.

excellent bike for a new ebike owner.

bike rips out of the box...For some reason even when changing pas levels the assist is the same in all levels.. Currently even at max throttle gets 21mph at like 8amps but only get 10-12 miles give or take before the battery starts to get like 25% full charge battery is at

This bike is very well built. You get your money's worth. People can't believe that I just paid $750.00 for it.
