average quality product
pen drive backup doesn't work in this model properly. after few months of use the video quality decreased. software has few bugs but they are not major. i.e some options are missing specifically back to main menu

Not reliable
Within a year, the DVR started showing issue. Now it is almost in dead condition. It keeps on restarting within 5 seconds after booting. Product is still under warranty, but I am not sure how to proceed.
