Amazon is unsatisfactory.
Worst...1 the cap is defective and tampered.2 lots of spot on outside finish3. Outside coating is loose and defective.4 when i requested for return amazon asked me send it and i have to bear the cost of return!!!!!! Amazing. And furthermore they send me a series of format which i have print and paste on the packet and place inside it. ABSOLUTE CHEATING....

If you are health conscious than you must be clean conscious too. You must clean it daily with pitambari. Otherwise this show as dirty as gutter.
