There are no instructions with the pompoms but if you have made such things before it is fairly obvious how to go on. Basically you unwind the string from the centre whilst leaving the last part tied around the centre, then you expand the tissue out around centre in a fan and then you pull it out into the pompom. They look really nice and there is a mix of sizes and colours to help make a nice installation. You can also use the tissues in other ways, using one layer we used it to make a back for a menu, see picture. I guess they are not that inexpensive at a £1 a pompom but they do look good and can probably be reused a few times.
