Accuracy is very important and so is ease of use.
I love the Digital Instant Read Thermometer because you don’t need to guess the temperature it is easy to read. There is no more is the temperature 195 or 200 degrees it is spelled out!

NOT an instant read thermometer. Work fine but is not an instant read and I already have a thermometer so this is being returned.

Easy to use
Just open the probe and it turns on. A little slow in adjusting to temperatures but seems accurate and very easy to use.
