Perfect for our detached garage! AMAZING customer service!
Needed to cool the garage/shop to make it more usable in the summer. With some research and a bit of knowledge we installed this ourselves. Had to purchase an inexpensive vacuum pump on Amazon, but the cost of hiring an HVAC guy would have been 10 times that cost. The unit works great! This 24000 BTU unit easily keeps an (insulated) oversized detached two bay garage at 75 ⁰F when it is 100 ⁰F outside. Runs very quiet even with the fan on high. Has an anti-freeze setting that will turn on a low heat for a short while to dry off the unit when you shut it off. This awesome setting will keep mildew from forming as well, which is super nice! No wifi with this unit, which I don't care about in the garage, and I just vecroed the remote to the garage wall to keep from misplacing. Easy to operate once you read the downloaded remote instructions. There was a metal dust cap missing that does not affect the immediate performance, but needs to be there for longevity. When I contacted the company they responded by the next day, shipped the part ASAP, sent me the tracking information, and refunded me a bit of money (which I didn't request) for my trouble! Could not be happier with the customer service! Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase! Will be buying another soon for a combined BD/X-mas/thank-you gift for the garage of my father-in-law who helped with the install (shhhh, don't tell).

Great technical support
This is my fourth mini split that I have installed. I needed to call technical support and they were very helpful and informative. The problem was in my circuit breaker panel and not in their unit. After technical support helped me and I had the unit up and running it worked very well and cooled down the area quickly. Since this was my fourth unit to install I was pleased with the length of the refrigerant lines and the quality of the unit itself. I would definitely buy this unit again.

Conflicting Specs on description and hard to recommend, Cust support was responsive when contacted
This mini split is really hard to review as the description was kind of ambiguous when I was deciding on purchasing it and I kind of regret it now that I actually read the manual and it really doesn't line up with the description. It possibly has its place depending on where you want to install it and your expectations. The first thing I will say is that customer support was responsive when I contacted them with questions and verification on the specs, so I do give them 4 stars for that. As for the mini split itself, I have a few issues with the description and functions and actual specs given in the manual. 1) First thing as others have stated is that the unit I received came with a remote that was in Celsius vs Fahrenheit which is strange due to this being sold in the U.S. with Fahrenheit as standard. Cust support is shipping a new remote which should be able to do both. Why not ship it with a remote capable of that in the first place?2) Finding the correct app (AC Freedom) via the instruction manual is ridiculous as there are apparently multiple remotes that can be compatible with the unit and the manual has a ton of QR codes to scan along with the QR code to find the app. I'm tech savvy and I gave up for a day. But when you finally figure it out, the app does give you the option of Fahrenheit.3) The description states 4 way swing (up/down and left/right), which is technically correct but it doesn't mention that the left right swing is manually adjusted and even that, in my case, the slots to manually adjust the left/right swing don't hold the vanes in place and they slip back to the forward position. Both the remote and app show the option of left/right swing but it does not do it automatically as other units do and that was verified with customer support. The up/down swing does work via remote and app.4) The description states that the unit will provide heat down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit but the manual states 19 degrees Fahrenheit. Cust support stated the unit will work down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit as stated in the description, which I will update in the future once winter hits. But again, the manual states differently than the specs listed on the description. (It's possible the unit is 100% efficient down to 19 degrees Fahrenheit and 5 degrees Fahrenheit is the lowest it will produce heat). The above are my main issues with the description of the mini split and the actual information in the user manual, which is a really generic manual designed to cover multiple units and not a specific model. As for both the air handler and compressor themselves, I can see where they were able to offer a lower price point vs. other units just in the build quality and lack of left/right swing, lack of line set cover on the compressor and just overall quality of other units. This is literally a case of you get what you pay for.As for the install, if you have done these before correctly and are familiar with the process, it went in fine and is working well providing both cooling and heat thus far although it's only been two weeks, but I don't expect any issues unless something mechanical fails.I had a 9k btu unit in my Wishlist and saw a lightning deal for a 12k unit for $399 and decided to purchase it and for the price, I suppose it is a fair price but I also take into consideration availability of parts availability in the future. The pro's are the price If you can competently install it yourself correctly and understand the conflicting information of the stated specs vs. what is in the manual, which I think the manufacturer/seller should probably update, otherwise you will spend more in professional installation costs than the unit itself is worth.I will give customer support 5 stars for prompt responses for clarification on my questions though.Like I said, this is really a hard unit to review just due to the ambiguity of the specs/description of the unit itself although it is working thus far. The remote is generic and the app is lackluster and does not offer the options of more established companies/units.Again,going back to the "You get what you npay for".If your looking for something to just be a basic mini split with no frills and an unknown brand that may or may not offer support/parts in the future, maybe this may work for you. If you're looking for something to be able to maintain for years, spend a bit more for a well known brand.Again, this is a budget mini split and I will update in the future either positive or negative.3 to 3.5 stars for the mini split itself and 4.5 - 5 stars for customer support. 1 star for the manual.

Customer Service is Excellent. Excellent price.
This is the 3rd mini split I've installed. Two were from other suppliers but the install and operation is same for all of them.I couldn't beat the price. Has been running fine for a week. No complaints. I would feel totally comfortable buying another one. There was one issue where the remote was only for degrees Celsius. I reached out to the seller and in a few days I had a new remote that could do both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Arrived on time and in good order, works great so far.
Fed Ex has a flaw in their delivery software and reports a false delivery attempt, very misleading. The unit itself arrived in the allotted time and with no damage. Being a smaller unit the linesets are not as long as the bigger units so plan accordingly. Uses the standard flare fittings that can be troublesome to seal so I use Nylog and have had great success. Pulled a vac for 30+ min and held it for 30+ before releasing the refrigerant. System fired right up and started cooling immediately. Very quiet outside unit, inside unit is also very quiet. I have installed quite a few of these systems under different names but they all look the same and use the same remote control, I figure they are made by one or two manufacturers and just rebranded per order so I look for the best price when purchasing. This one is working out great during the latest heat wave we are having. This system works for me, your results may vary.

Great unit for my detached garage
Unit came well packaged and there was no damage. As others have stated, the line set is short, like 10 feet so keep that in mind. I wish that there was a template on the box to make it easier to mark where the hole in the wall will be, but with careful measuring, not a big deal. This unit works great for my garage, even on a 100 degree day. I do a lot of work in my garage and with the Texas heat it can become miserable. This is definitely a game changer.I did have to contact customer support for small issue i had with remote settings. Support was very prompt and they helped solve my problem. Overall a great unit that i hope lasts a long time.
