Poor value, loose keys, lightweight flimsy charger; packaging on the inside was previously torn slightly; Mostly !after 2 hrs of charging hadn’t got past “system repair” screen which was not an encouraging sign. What was meant to be a prime day bargain was a massive let down.

I got this laptop but I thought it would be a fast 1 but it really slow

This is great and just what I was hoping for. I always need good quality and reliable laptops that don't break the bank for my work and that's exactly what this it. It's slimline and links really nice. The screen size is more than ample and the keyboard/trackpad are actually ideal. The trackpad in particular is a nice large size, which I love! Performance, transfer speeds are amazing. I have a large capacity SSD attached to the back with velcro that I work from and the performance is awesome. Bug thumbs up from me!

We use this laptop for business, taxes and everyday computing... it's fast, has a great display and the keyboard has a standout color that makes everything very easy to see and find quicker....the quality for the money has us considering getting another one....great deal...the performance is great and the size and weight are perfect.

One of the best purchases I have ever made, not only is it compact and thin with excellent screen resolution but it is also fast, I usually use it for work and it runs all the programs without any problem, it is a machine that I would truly recommend.

I love the larger screen. My eyes are getting older. It was easy to set up..Great price. I have simple needs being retired.Streaming should be better with the larger screen.. I am looking forward to learning some new skills. It's lighter to carry onto flights too. So far, so good.
