They’re good quality for the price. They’re for my first apartment and I wanted something that wasn’t too cheap and that would last. I washed these twice before use in a hot water cycle. The first wash I used a cup of vinegar, and the second wash I used a 1/2 cup of baking soda. This makes the towels more absorbant when you first use them and helps with the lint. When drying them for the first time make sure to check the lint trap often because you will get a lot. Hope this helps!

I’m extremely happy with these towels. Highly absorbent, super soft, and very fluffy. Immediately gives me the hotel/spa luxury feel.100% follow the instructions and wash/dry them when you receive them. They SHED. Attached is what my lint filter looked like after the first wash/dry. If you don’t wash and dry them when you first receive them, you’ll end up like some of the other people here that got mad because there was lint all over them. Remember to NOT use softener and dryer sheets as they reduce absorbency. Do NOT be like the other people that also get mad because it’s not drying them off due to using softener/dryer sheets.Customer service was FANTASTIC! I had a problem with one of my towels and they took great care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Super fast responses as well.Cannot wait to order another set and matching hand towels!

I received these today along with the hand towels. I washed both separately according to the directions before use. The hand towels came out perfect. One of the bath towels on the other hand came out of the washer ripped already! Destroyed before I could even use them. The hand towels I would recommend but don’t waste your money on the bath towels.

These towels are horribly made. They filled up the lint catch in the dryer three times on their first dry and allmof the towels are already shredding. Super disappointed in the quality.

I washed these towels with some other towels and they turned the non red towels red. But wait....I think most of the towel ended up in the Lent trap. There was enough fur to line a small jacket. REALLY....REALLY. The actual color of the towel has changed. Sorry but I did not like this product.Updated: 04/15/20020 - these towels are still turning ever thing red that gets near then in the wash. After months of washing then. What-the What. They just keep on giving.

I received 2 towels not 4. They were wadded up in to a ball and thrown into a gross looking zipper bag with weird barcode stickers on it. When I pulled them out of the bag two sheets of scrap paper that have “damaged” handwritten on them fell out of the bag. One of the towels has a huge snag and bald spot in it and there is an actual sewing needle stuck in to the towel. Obviously there is no quality control at all. I’m glad I noticed the needle and wasn’t poked by it. The towels are terribly made, cheap, thin, scratchy and nothing like the description or picture.

I had previously written a more positive review about this product but I'm unfortunately I'm going to have to change the score. As the headline states, I bought these towels back in 02/2019 and I have to say that they are incredibly cheaply made. I figured that there would be perhaps some shedding of material at the very beginning, not to mention reading other reviews about the shedding at first....but here we are almost a year later and I still have to clean an excessive amount of lint in my dryer from these towels. I included pictures so to show the amount that I often have to take out of my dryer. It looks like a sheet of felt. The towels now also feel scratchy as if I bought them decades ago and never replaced even though it's only been less than a year. I would not buy these again.

Just got these yesterday. I washed them and they’re already falling apart!
