Urban Platter Dark Soft Brown Cane Sugar, 1 Kg

If you're looking for natural sugar substitues for baking then this jaggery based soft, brown sugar is great though the price I find a bit expensive. Store it in the fridge.

I have been buying this product from past 3 years now ... And I have seen a change in the quality ..the first year was the best I received second year ok and this year it looks different ..the difference between a normal brown sugar and this sugar is hardly anything ....I only wish they would maintain it so I can buy this muscovado augar

I did not use it for cooking/ eating purpose. I wanted to use it as face scrub. Must say good for skin as well. Granule size will not harm skin. Product remain good condition for longer.

It’s a good product. Muscovado sugar is supposed to be better than ordinary white sugar .

Mother care and likes

Had a distinctly fermented smell, like 2-3 day old wine. Probably tastes fine once baked.. but for the money I’d go for the other high-end option on amazon which looks precisely like what you’d get in North America. This is appears darker and has a distinctive fermented smell.
