I'm a fan of Shatavari because I already tried it many months ago for the first time with a different brand. In my opinion, they work so well when I saw it again as a standalone herb and not a blend I was happy to get these. The quality of this product is excellent! This helps with heavy cramping, bad mood swings, PMS related muscle pain, and just overall symptoms related to when a woman has her period. I don't even need to take Ibuprofen for the cramps when I take this. It also helps heavy bleeding to not be so heavy. 100% recommended! I am a fan of shatavari for life! I will also always go for organic shatavari over non-organic.

Im quite satisfied with these shatavari tablets. I had misunderstood the description when I ordered and assumed they would be dried, ENCAPSULATED shatavari but in fact they're pressed tablets which I prefer anyway! I love that it's all natural ingredients and no weird capsule to worry about. They have zero smell and zero taste, another thing to be grateful for. The bottle is sealed with a metal film so I know it's safe! You get a good value for what you're ordering, a bottle lasts 2 months for me! I think they work well as I'm feeling more energetic since I started taking them. I'm happy I ordered them an I'd feel good about continuing to use them.

I first discovered this supplement when I was breastfeeding and it was one of the few I could take that didn't cause me to be moody, i.e. fenugreek. In taking this now, I am hoping to gently support declining hormone levels as I age, as well as help raging PMS I get. This is a powdery uncoated pill you can easily break in half, if you needed it to be smaller. I find that it provides gentle support (nothing life changing), however I have no idea how to verify the quality & safety of this as it is from India. I feel like you can buy a U.S.A. brand for this price, $18
