Does the job
It's not super sturdy or elegant looking, but it does help me apply lotion to the center of my back. It's very convenient that you can take it apart so that it doesn't take up much room to store. For the price, I was pleased. Not a fan of the color, but it's not yerr, either. It rinsed off easily.

Works okay, good for travel, a bit annoying to clean
I got this because I need to put lotion on my back from time to time. I thought this was a good choice in that it looked compact and packs small for travel. It took me a moment to figure it out and how it snapped together for use and for storage. It snapped together firmly and unsnapped readily without a lot of effort, but it felt stable when it was assembled. When snapped together for storage it was a bit difficult to unsnap the two main pieces. I use the end of my nail clipper handle to lever the pieces apart. It works okay and does what it is supposed to do - it spread lotion around, but it took a bit to become familiar with how to do it so I didn't leave lines of lotion around my back. An older one I had was more absorbent and it was easy to get lotion in the sponge head and rub it around using pressure to press the lotion out of the sponge. The one thing I don't like about this one is as I use it, it fills the gap between the applicator head and the plastic with lotion and I have to use a brush or other tool to get the lotion out when I wash it. It's wasteful of my lotion and annoying to me to have to clean it out each time. This applicator works and is compact for travel or storage, but I think I will find one more like my old one for long-term use.

Cool little item!
As an older and less limber lady, I saw this and saw the need for it in my life. When I got the box I admit that I was less than excited and thought it might be fail, but woohoo! It's very well thought out and quite useful! The box was small - only 6" x 3.5" - and I didn't think an object long enough to reach my back could be in that little space. Even after pulling out the pieces, I was skeptical. Once it was assembled I could see it and was very impressed at how easily it had come together. The parts fit together seamlessly and they both connect and disconnect perfectly! That was all great, but I wasn't sure that the applicator would hold and deliver the lotions I use, as some of them are kind of runny. I worried needlessly though, because this thing applied each type of lotion smoothly. Fabulous! In addition to doing the job it's intended to do, it has some extra little perks that show that someone put thought into designing this item. It has a hole for hanging it out of the way, and it also comes apart and snaps together in a small package so I can take it on my travels. I'm not sure that I'll ever do that, but I like having the option and will buy more of these for my not-so-limber friends. It's awesome and I'm completely happy with this little lotion applicator!

This is the third.....
This is the third.....This review is for (their headline description):"Lotion Applicator for Back,Applicator to Put Lotion on Back,Lotion Applicator,Lotion Back Applicator,Back Cream Applicator,Lotion Applicator for The Back" (Green). This is the third one of these I've ordered.I ordered the first two from what appears to be the same company, and they've already been reviewed. This one appears to be exactly the same as those others except for the color; those were blue, this one green and wearing a different brand name.Green happens to score higher as a color preference over blue for me, so, here we are.I take these to the gym and use after my lap swim workout in that very chlorinated gym pool, after my shower. If ever you need something (lotion) on your back, it's after a swim like that. These things are cool. No, it's not the most heavy duty plastic but it is able. Not overly sturdy, but also not flimsy. Here are some additional thoughts/stats:Is the applicator pad thick enough so that the plastic frame holding it, doesn't scrape against my skin?.The pad is pretty thin and yes, I would like it a bit thicker, but it does the job with body lotion and thin (spray on) body moisturizer. The plastic edges that border the pad are rounded and not sharp, so while you may scrape your skin if you hit yourself with it at a funny angle, it's not irritating to the skin.In total, (assembled) measuring end to end, this is just shy of 14" long.Un-assembled and all compact together it's about 5 3/4" long and 3/4" thick. The pad itself is about 1 3/4" wide and 3 1/2" long, top to bottom.Assembled, it has a slight bow or curve to it; there is no "grip" material, like rubber or silicone or whatever, on the handle, but I found it easy to hold and maneuver.Assembling and un assembling is really easy; line up the arrows and connect. You MUST line up the arrows; when you do, un assembling is easy; you just pull apart. If you don't line up the arrows, it will be hard to disassemble. What's included? You will receive 1 applicator head/pad with this set.An instruction leaflet is tucked in the box and instructions are also printed on the back of the box.Love these.Glad I ordered. This appears to be of quality materials and workmanship.I've given a 4 star rating based on initial impressions and *perceived* quality, not on long term use.I hope this review has been helpful and enables you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Works but feels cheap
This works pretty well but I am not sure how you switch out the pads as advertised. It is clicked in and I don't know how you would click it out. Also, only half of this is usable. The other side is just an empty hole. The pad itself is very thin and doesn't provide any exfoliation. But it does have a mild texture that keeps lotions on the pad unlike if it was slick plastic. I've been using it for washing my back and applying serum. It's a little unwieldy but it does it's job.
