Middle Screen Webcam 1080P with Suction Cup, 2MP CMOS 80 Degree Web Camera, Improve Eye Contact in Video Conferences

No matter how I tried, I couldn't get the suction cup to stick to the screen for more than 10-20 seconds. I tried warming it up in water to get kinks out, clipping it to edge of laptop screen with a black clip (for weeks), cleaning both screen and suction cup. I tried it on 4 different laptops/monitors - doesn't stick on any of them. I bought 2 of these, and had the same problem with both, so it wasn't a single occurrence.

I gave at least two stars, because it is, in fact, a camera. And, it is able to be placed on a screen. I docked 3 stars due to camera quality. It was advertised as 1080P. I have another 1080P camera (albeit not able to be placed on screen) and this camera quality is substantially lower than my 1080P camera. If you just need a camera to stick on your screen, this may do. If you are looking for any modicum of camera quality, go find another.

Wish it had a higher fps or a higher resolution, but it's functional enough for webmeetings and the like. Won't impress anyone but can be placed very conveniently.

I was quite disappointed with this webcam.It was easy to install on MacOS Sonoma. Just plug it into a USB-A port. Even a USB 2.0 port (low speed) worked. All wecam apps I tested which use a camera had no problem recognizing this device (FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, Teams).Now the bad news. The image quality was awful: extremely overexposed, with low contrast and low color saturation. It was virtually unwatchable, especially compared to my usual webcam (Elgato Facecam). Moreover, there is no Mac or Windows app provided with this webcam to adjust the image in any way.To adhere the camera to the screen, I had to moisten the suction cup, which is inconvenient. Also inconveniently, there is no tab on the suction cup to facilitate its removal after use.Finally, it's diffiicult to "level" the webcam image. The camera rotates freely in the suction cup after its affixed to the screen, pulled by the tension of the USB cord. You almost need to tape the cord into position, if you want a level image.Overall, not a good experience.

Unusable under any conditions unless dark in room. Picture is washed out noisy. Basically unusable because you can't see to take notes.

Unfortunately the image quality is terrible and just doesn't work. Maybe it's the fact that it's small... but I've seen spy cameras smaller with better quality.
