I am a fan of Organic Sea Moss due to the health benefits, supplying ones body with the minerals they need. Wasn't too keen on the Peach flavour though, has a different taste.

If you have trouble with certain textures, this might be a bit difficult to swallow. I usually don't have any issues, but there is just something about it that takes me a moment to get down. It may do much better in a smoothie, although I haven't tried that yet. The peach flavor is wonderful, not overwhelmingly sweet. To that end, I haven't actually seen any benefits from taking this, and cost-wise it's a bit expensive for a supplement. If you take this every day as recommended, it will only last 20 days, so you will need to buy a minimum of 2 jars to make it through the entire month.
