The scale is small compact and easy to use. The place was good and the accuracy is within .5 grams. The weight limit is a little too low for larger mailing packages. But I would recommend for anyone looking to weigh items that weigh less than 2 pounds.

The scales have turned out to be an excellent purchase. They are very accurate and measure in 0.01oz increments, which is ideal for small items. The compact size and touch screen controls make them easy to use and transport. The sturdy housing adds confidence in the durability of the device. Recommended!!!

For a 3000g (3kg) capacity scale, it is nice and compact. The digital scale includes two plastic weighing pans that double as protective cases for the weight platform and base during storage.I was drawn by the touch panel which is reasonably responsive/sensitive and resistant to any liquid spills which physical buttons (through their crevices) are often vulnerable to. The backlit display is clear and the overall battery life is surprisingly good; considerably much better than other backlit digital scales I owned, and even comparable to my other digital scales that are NOT backlit.Space-saving and very useful for everyday measurements in grams and ounces. It supports other units as well which slightly diversifies its use. However, the Piece-counting ("PCS" button) feature is limited and not that dependable in my experience. Occasionally, weight measurements minimally drift when weighing very hot liquids (such as hot water for coffee pour-overs) but not by more than a gram. Most other item measurements are stable and reproducible with my other kitchen scales.Contacting customer service of the manufacturer from their post-purchase follow-up email was very pleasant. My first unit had one non-responsive button. They quickly delivered another unit as replacement with an invitation for further feedback. The second unit worked properly with all its functions, but I noticed a very slight wobble on a flat countertop which the more stable first unit did not have. Nothing that a piece of taped cardboard on one corner couldn't fix. Customer service welcomed my feedback on quality control and offered compensation for the inconvenience.I continue to use the scale to this day. While not perfect, it remains a very good product for its overall purpose, price and customer support.

As advertised, this little scale is very accurate and doesn't drain the batteries. Used same batteries since I purchased it. Perfect for measuring food portions and we use it somethings for weighing small shipping items

I have used this scale for almost a year now, and I have found it is very accurate with my packages (which range anywhere from 0.5 ounces to 5 pounds). Although it is small, I like that it is small since it does not take up much desk space, and I can bring it from one location to another without any issues.There is one problem I come accors every now and then (like every month or two), and that is when a weird error code comes up and I cannot weight anything. However, I have found this is a user error when you do not let the scale turn on and find its zero-weight correctly. (For instance, you set a weight on it WHILE it is turning on, it will give you this error. Or, if you drop the scale a few inches (on accident….), it may give you this error. Normally, it can be cleared by simply turning it off then turning it back on, however, sometimes you just need to let it sit for a few minutes (with it on and off), and it clear the error code. Other then that small inconvenience that can be avoided, this scale works great!Overall, I really like this scale, and I highly recommend it it anyone who needs a scale to weight small to medium size packages!

Mostly Works like intended. Sometimes it can’t decide on a weight and keeps going back and forth. I understand with precision scales like this, the airflow in a room can (like simply breathing) throw it off, but there is no airflow in the room that I know of and it still does it. Good enough for cooking though.

This is the first small-scale scale I've bought, as I've just started down this particular coffee rabbit hole. It's very easy to read, most of the buttons are clearly labelled, and simple for my purpose. It's not a scale for weighing ingredients for baking though - there's a 3 kg max weight and the top pan is only 4" x 4" (sorry for the mixed units.)The "pieces" function is detailed in the instruction manual - convoluted and of questionable value in my mind. Nor can I see the use of weighing something in some of the other units - they're highly specialized and would need one or two magnitudes greater accuracy than this offers.Overall, it's a good purchase - if you're prepared for delivery problems and delays. Mine came ... eventually.
